26/10/2011 10:14 | Looking rather good today - new highs by the interims at the end of Nov? Guess it just depends how far ahead they are having said they are ahead already. CR | cockneyrebel
25/10/2011 12:46 | Here we go. I think the seller is out of the way at 345p and now we can finally move to a reasonable rating | shuisky
21/10/2011 16:14 | Strange price action here. There is obviously a seller at 344p so once we can get him out of the way I think a proper re-evaluation 40 at least 400 shouldn't be too difficult. | shuisky
17/10/2011 11:49 | Came back into profit today; should have had the guts to buy more on the dip. Now quite optimistic looking forward......as long as the Eurobuffoons don't screw up yet again. | cestnous
17/10/2011 10:16 | Steeper uptrend continues :-) CR | cockneyrebel
14/10/2011 12:02 | Setting up to make a steeper uptrend here imo Should be exciting if the FTSE breaks out. CR | cockneyrebel
11/10/2011 18:03 | Looks like higher lows and higher highs within a rising trend channel. Methinks some accumulation going on here. Any dip gets support. | shuisky
09/10/2011 17:17 | Yes, and for once I agree with him! 8-) | jeffian
09/10/2011 10:33 | and this may help - Telegraph tip | davemac3
06/10/2011 09:24 | There is a new flash note out from Edison investment. They suggest they will be upgrading numbers by at least £2m thanks to the increase in synergy benefits. However, even the current forecasts have RPC on a forward PE of 9.8x and 8.4x for 2012-13 respectively. Very cheap. | shuisky
03/10/2011 21:00 | thanks and agree. I'm long only RPC so unhedged! | qs9
03/10/2011 10:20 | QS9, usual story I'm afraid. Any sign of strength in a stock and retail punters will start shuffling out if the overall market is weak. I hedge so it doesn't make much difference to me. I only care about relative performance. However, on an absolute basis RPC can do well going forward. Top line sales won't fall much in a slowdown and an oil price fall will help them. | shuisky
02/10/2011 19:55 | for those reading, should be an interesting week for RPC despite the markets IMO. Given the growth story as highlighted, will institutions be running scared of investing still, or will thy try and pick a few winners like RPC is at the moment? Given rate of cash generationg, debt should not be too long in paying down, providing more acquisition fire power, special divi power etc etc. | qs9
01/10/2011 07:20 | Hopefully see some good write ups and more institutional support. Looks cracking value, not too many companies growing, cash generative, upgrades, good growth markets for them and low rating! Am I missing something ? | qs9
30/9/2011 10:02 | Look forward to broker upgrades IMO. Right space, good management, ahead of expectations, raw material prices should be dipping for time being IMO, broker target prices materially ahead of current share price Should be over a fiver let alone £4 shuisky IMO. | qs99
30/9/2011 09:00 | 'This is driven by the better sales mix, efficient cost base and a less adverse impact from the time lag in passing through polymer prices to customers as polymer prices show a declining trend since the end of May. The adjusted profit after tax* is expected to be ahead of management expectations' Super update and despite the small rise after this statement, the stock is undervalued. Margins should improve as oil prices moderate. Even if the economy slows, their revenue streams are not as cyclical as their cost base so earnings can expand. Cost savings are ahead of plan too, so we should see some upgrades after this. IMHO, could easily reach 400+ over the next few days. | shuisky
30/9/2011 07:52 | Good trading statement | deswalker
28/9/2011 07:58 | IMS Must be due soon. | qs9
17/9/2011 15:08 | Agreed Jeffian. AND there is the catch up to feed through on pricing given raw material increases recently which from RNS's recently has not yet filtered through. Broker TP is significantly higher and IMs should be out by end of September so will be hoping for a decent move higher and maybe this is the start of it. | qs9
16/9/2011 17:21 | Aye, but not surprised. At less than 10x next year's estimated earnings it's as cheap as chips. | jeffian
16/9/2011 16:14 | Anyone noticing this? | qs99
07/9/2011 09:08 | Actually, the fundamentals have improved because Oil prices have fallen | shuisky
14/8/2011 09:05 | Looked over sold IMO, fundamentals have not changed IMO so good to see retrace swiftly to previous levels, let's hope continues next week and look forward to next RNS timing to reiterate progress. | qs9
12/8/2011 15:27 | Looks like a quick retrace to 360 IMO.... | paulbl |
