It looks increasingly likely there will be a bid, just due to the fact that he wouldn't really just be looking for value as a holder in these due to the company needing modernising like they do in various areas.
He will be looking at the parts of the sum not the sum of the parts as an investment, which is average as an investment, but the parts quite good in bits, must be around £3.5b with enterprise being £3.1b.
