31/10/2018 07:04 | Royal Bank of Scotland Group 31st October 2018 NatWest Markets Plc ‐ Declaration of Interim Dividend NatWest Markets Plc (NatWest Markets) today announces it has declared an interim ordinary dividend payable to its parent company, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBSG Group), of 575.70 pence per ordinary share, corresponding to a total payment of £2.3 billion. On a pro forma basis, the dividend reduces NatWest Markets' Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio as at 30 September 2018 by 5.6% from 22.7% to 17.1%, in line with the RBS Group's internal capital management plan.
