The FTSE 100 is on course to open down one point, while the French Cac is in line to open down six points. The German Dax should open between seven and 14 points down. Earlier this morning China's central bank strengthened the currency against the US dollar by 0.05 per cent. The move ended the devaluation pattern seen so far this week. The Greek parliament has worked through the night to keep the country afloat. While there are splits over a new bailout deal within the ruling Syriza party, lawmakers are still expected to approve the agreement later today. It comes ahead of a key meeting between Eurozone finance ministers in Brussels also taking place today. They are due to approve or reject the country's third financial rescue programme in five years.
