07/8/2009 09:20 | Quite a rise. Like for like figures are a bit softer then I had expected. I'm expecting double digit growth in H2 due to forex though and perhaps low single digit l-f-l growth. | liarspoker

04/8/2009 17:06 | Nice break out after DOW open. Somebody bothered to act on the results by then it seems. Mild resistance predicted at £10 but £11, £12 is likely to be firmer. | dasv

31/7/2009 12:59 | No problem dasv - APG isn't a net working cap stock as liabilities just exceed working cap but like I said cheap if you add in the property etc. | liarspoker
31/7/2009 12:44 | reply much appreciated liarspoker. | dasv
31/7/2009 12:33 | TAIH is another but with a multibagger ability if all goes well. Discounting that though just have a look at it's net working cap vs market cap.....lots of cash too. | liarspoker
31/7/2009 12:22 | Well most of them are fairly illiquid so I don't want to say too much as I want to add. AVR is basically an investment in a sensational coin collection. Look at the balance sheet - half inventory, multiple receibables by 3/4 and add cash from this deduct all liabilities. It's a buy up to 7.6p on that...and halving inventory is a huge dicount imo. APG - cheap on it's property assets. Of the fixed assets about GBP 4.8m was last valued in April 1997 and they've receiving planning for the block of land they own opposite the factory. Redeemed the preference divi, paid back debt, returning to profitability, starting to pay a dive while most others are cutting the divi. Very good value imo. | liarspoker
31/7/2009 11:56 | which ones of those do you like? - I am finding it harder to find value at the moment. | dasv
31/7/2009 11:38 | Not looked at Zulu's recently. I still like my net working cap stocks. :O) | liarspoker
31/7/2009 11:22 | yes I like GDWN too (I bought more recently). | dasv
31/7/2009 11:06 | Best Zulu by far GDWN imo | cambium
31/7/2009 11:06 | £9.01 ? | cambium
31/7/2009 11:04 | Liarspoker - what have you got your eye on zulu wise at the moment? | dasv
31/7/2009 10:41 | Why does this hit a glass ceiling at £9???? What will it take to breakout? Any ideas?? | markktm |
