These contracts provide messing and berthing barges support for the Navy. Work will be performed in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and is expected to be completed by February 2024. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance, Navy funding will be utilized through the issuance of delivery orders. Work will be performed at the contractor's facility located in Bristol, United Kingdom, and is expected to be completed by February 2027. Fiscal 2023 other procurement, Navy (OPN) funds in the amount of $22,134,608 will be obligated at time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This order was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N64498-23-F-4161).
