Now the claims and counterclaims will take up much of the day I imagine and we will see another 2 RNSs at least by the close of play with possible improved offers.The dark arts of M&A are more visible - all aimed at the small PI and aimed at fuelling fear.

Interesting that THAL are aiming for a stake in the region of over 25%...that could make them the single largest minority shareholder and would give them a firm hand on the wheel.

Not long till tomorrow - D Day for RSI holders.

The rule 2.10 announcement and back to 1% shareholding ( as in takeover mode) will flush out a number of holders who have been under the 3% radar. Guess my 1.95m shares in RSI will attract disclosure - shall be talking to the takeover panel monitoring team for guidance and how to go about it...new territory for me !

182K at 1.5p for a buy....RSI is perking up, something definitely going on in the background. Could there some one else expressing interest ? Nice try by Thal to instill fear and shake the small PIs out...they are really taking the mick ! I won't sell out at that price....happy to hold an ill liquid share if it comes to that. The major current share holders may sell RSI on a later point and they have a great track record. Next few days will be getting more and more interesting....

I wonder if Tara will turn up and apologise to me, and topinfo, well that conman loses more people money, when does the FSA or ADVFN stop the guy from posting here, rsi and care and plenty others, he needs to put down to stop the ramping !

You will find from past trades the real buying price was just above 0.25p.

Take a look on the Trades pages.

Lots of sellers people taking losses in some cases big ones but the price remains firm wonder who the buyer is .
