You can play the same game as the rest here but i can tell you i'm not interested
in buying these, this company in my eyes could easily go bust, somebody wants out
at any price 2 x 2 million sales late on.

I wonder will they achieve the 75% needed to delist, and if they did what kind of company would evole assuming they will continue to trade as a private company, with the prospect of re listing again @ 10p-20p a share ,

Rising in 1 month to 60p a share now might well be a good time to load up,

All in my own opinion, no advice intended Hatetrader are you still loading up on these, lots and lots of buys going through today, is that your 1,000,000 buy ?

Like i said i thought i would be the bad guy on this thread !

Nobody rushing here to slate topinfo and moreforus for pumping and dumping this
one, CF12 is a novice pump and dumper, like a guy in the bookies £50 down who cannot walk out until he is level and chases then loses more, all he had to do was read the accounts and he could have dumped for most of his money back.

You are just as bad as topinfo, totally arrogant and posting like a politician !

It's always worth poping in now and again to read the garbage you lot try and push !

Topinfo will remain the worst internet share forum conman i have seen in 12 years.

So why are you here having a go at me when you have a full time conman with his
buddies pump and dumping several stocks a day.

All i did was make the right call, i'm a lot better investor than i was 5 years ago and the Amu/mubl days.

I really cannot understand how topinfo and that thread is allowed to post and stand ?

See what i mean !

This is the pump and dump mentality of this site, the full time conmen who pump
and dump stocks, the people that cannot do a sensible debate because they dont know how to, if you discuss the fundamentals and they are dire then it's reverse bulletin board psychology that i'm doing this to buy into the stock cheaper.

I still say it's one of my ambitions to meet you lot in real life, i really want
to see what topinfo looks and talks like in real life along with the likes of moreforus etc etc, you see i dont actually no anybody that rips people off for a living be it in real life or by writing lies day in day out on the internet ?

Cashburn does seem very high indeed. Delisting seems a very draconian measure, especially as they quote the cost of listing at a stagering £125k, lol, which when compared to their cashburn is negligeable. I wonder if one of the inst holders has been loanng out stock for the purpose of shorting? The company has got wind of this and proposes a delisting to try to force covering? Suppose we will find out soon if there is a sharp SCB. Anyway back to the research and thanks for the helpful posts hatetrader.

Why blame shorters for the shareprice demise when it's clear this company is a basket case, the fact is that even the 150k listing is too much for them to waste,
i think Hot Tuna was a brilliant example of Aim's worst surviving dogs and even
they bit the bullet, comes a point where vendors wont offer the company money
unless it's seriously low so they know they can sell it on, how many millions of
shares would they have to issue at 0.25p to keep the company going for another
year of say 3 million cash burn, is that 1.2 billion shares ?

blimey, hatetr, you seem to know this company. Have they been shorted down?

hate, ty, trying to get my head round the figures and the story to date. So they need cash to survive and have obviously been given the bum`s rush by insts. Bringing in contracts but losing hand over fist. Back to the homework.

I got ridiculed for my post a while back on this thread.

I did not expect any research from the pump and dump gang, now this next
part is where you realise just how bad this company is for a investment.
You will note the losses increasing rapidly over the years.

12 month end Aug 2005 : Loss 3.8 mil
12 month end Aug 2006 : Loss 1.8 mil
12 month end Aug 2007 : Loss 1.0 mil
12 month end Aug 2008 : Loss 8.7 mil
12 month end Aug 2009 : Loss 8.7 mil
12 month end Aug 2010 : Loss 17.3 mil (6.7 mil impairment) still 10.6 mil loss.

Now if you think it cannot be more scary, here is all the money raised and burnt in the same period.

Mar 2004 : 10 mil raised at 170p
Nov 2006 : 1.9 mil riased at 128.5p
Jul 2007 : 13 mil raised at 240p
Apr 2010 : 3.36 mil raised at 16p
Sep 2010 : 2 mil raised at 10p
Jun 2011 : $3.1 raised at 4p

So that is 30 million raised and burned since 2004 and the pump and dump squad
think a couple of million in the bank is a reason to invest here because it happens to be more than the market cap when the company is several million short on turnover to reach breakeven, this is seriously dangerous, it looks like it needs a miracle, reminds me of Hot Tuna (HTT), the dilution will increase in a massive way as each placing price drops, the next one will probably be at 0.50-0.75p or 1p if they are very lucky and that's when the big numbers hit the dilution.

Dyor, does the above make you want to invest here, the word bargepole springs to mind.
