30/3/2012 05:15 | Thalassa Holdings have enough to keep RSI going.....from the annual report released on 12 March 2012. "Cash inflow for the period amounted to US$ 1,465,836 which was largely from operational activity in the period and the cash acquired as part of the acquisition of WGP, leaving the Company with US$ 1,970,825 of cash at the period end." | multibagger
30/3/2012 04:50 | Hi RBonnier, Thanks for the find on Keith Lough and your observations - I shall remove GLG from the equation. I also felt that Thalassa Holdings may make a play for RSI given its abysmal market capitalisation and the undervalued assets. Even if key people walk, it appears that Thalassa have the networks in the field to fill the key positions in a short time.I would imagine that the RSI board have a lot to answer for and would have lost the confidence of the major backers...it is only time before we have an exodus - managed or otherwise. That would present another opportunity to top up for the brave or stupid. RNS shortly, may be today ? The risk / reward ratio appears favourable if you are willing to hold for a couple of years at least (and the company does not go bust !) | multibagger
29/3/2012 18:12 | Hi Multibagger GlG Partners held 5,019,609 shares and I think they may have sold them .If we look at the trades pages for the 20th March we have 2 x 2 million trades ones a buy the other a sell then on the 21st we have 2 x 3,019,609 trades ones a buy the other a sell so Im 99% certain someone else is holding GLG partners shares . I also note that Mr Keith Geddes Lough has taken a non executive directorship at Papua Mining as of today . There appears to be no increase in the holdings of the concert party, the company currently has 50% voting yes Im pretty sure they wont get the other 25% from pis which is probably why the share price is going back up and probably why the directors are taking other jobs preparing to walk ! There have been no RNS from the directors regarding the increase in the share price so I have no doubt they do know the reason for the rise which imho could be an approach and offer from THAL which they are having to take to the major shareholders for consideration there may be an RNS tomorrow . One thing is for sure someone is hoovering all the shares up around 1p . | rbonnier
29/3/2012 16:35 | Still no declaration of holdings...do not know what is going on ! I wonder if the delist proposal does not get 75% approval, whether the whole Board will walk or be pushed by the major holders - either way, I fully expect some key people leaving the company soon. | multibagger
29/3/2012 07:35 | Expect the 1p sellers to start leaving now...hope I am wrong. | multibagger
29/3/2012 07:32 | Paying 1.3p now. | christianf12
29/3/2012 07:32 | From Thalassa Holdings Annual Report 12 Mar 2012 "Alongside the organic expansion of the Group, the Directors also believe that the current environment provides opportunities for acquisitive expansion in terms of both undervalued or distressed assets and bolt-on corporate acquisition to further broaden and strengthen existing operational capabilities." RSI fits the bill. No wonder they have taken a stake at a pittance ! Good thinking. | multibagger
29/3/2012 07:30 | Paying 1.25p full offer!!!! | christianf12
29/3/2012 07:26 | Feels like it may be a high volume day...strong start...will it hold ? I feel that the insolvency risk and ill liquidity risk is overdone and contrarians are coming on board along with the momemtum players... | multibagger
29/3/2012 07:07 | Superb results from GTC today - a quality play. | philjeans
29/3/2012 07:05 | Unlikely but would be welcome :) On the other hand, may see a drop. What you planning to do re voting, if I may ask ? | multibagger
29/3/2012 07:03 | Be funny if we get another 100%+ rise today! | christianf12
29/3/2012 05:35 | 29.54% of shares have changed hands after taking into account the additions of Thalassa and myself. Don't know how many GLG still hold, but I am still working on 3.17% . In the absence of any notification of holdings so far from the backers/directors, I wonder if the 75% threshold is going to be breached at all to push through the delisting. It could be that they have all bought under the 3% threshold and playing their cards close to the chest - but I am sure that they will still have to declare being an interested party. I have sent back my voting papers voting against the delisting. I hold 1.95 million (1.23%) shares as of this morning. This is becoming interesting......goo | multibagger

28/3/2012 15:44 | ..or is it to piggy-back on others buying and sell before the music stops and others are left holding unquoted shares? call me a sceptic, but...... | sportbilly1976
28/3/2012 15:41 | ok thank's - hopefully THAl may t/o the co as they are in a similar line of business - but at what price we don't know | euclid5
28/3/2012 15:38 | The co need 75% of votes. They probably have c. 55% with 3 main shareholders and piddly 2-3% directors holdings. | christianf12 |
