Thanks for your disclosure RBonnier - I think we need to have some idea where this is going and therefore I have started a spreadsheet with declared holdings and turnover.

About 11.915m shares have changed hands (buying/selling/unsure) since the "delisting" announcement. My guess is MMs will keep dropping the bid to scare the PIs and allow the Institutions and Management team to pick up shares on the very cheap.

Interestingly, volumes dropped as did the offer price yesterday - I am no chartist, but feel that there may be more pressure today to sell.

The Directors/Institutions will accumulate over the next few weeks and stop short of 3% threshold for declaration allowing for a final burst of accumulation as PIs lose the battle of wits. Getting to 75% voting threshold is very doable from the management and backers point of view. As a PI, I am more worried about the having at least 10% between us given the "Squeeze Out" rule in the Companies Act,2006.

At this price, I am tempted to pick up a lot more....the business prospects seem very reasonable, if not spectacular, if the management team can pull it off. They seem to be backed by some very smart money and I am not averse to tail coating on their probable success.

Lots of selling today, might as well get something instead of nothing.

The 4 most prolific pump and dumpers ever to grace these forums should
be proud of themselves

moreforus/topinfo/tara/cf12....these people have no shame, they are driven
by greed !

v888, was genuinely interested in this. Even had a couple of speculative buy orders in over the last couple of days. If the big shareholders act with integrity and can repeat the OMG deal there's hope, but those are very big ifs.

I suppose they could have taken a discounted 10bn share placing (or convertible) at 0.01p and diluted everybody out of sight. Compared to that de-listing looks good.
Best of luck.

We have some real bright sparks at the helm here! Selling a company for £100k which proves to be worth over £10m a few months later. Truly unbelievable!
AND the BOD are setting themselves up to be shafted again (the PIs already have been).

I've seen some incompetence in my time but that takes the biscuit.

I'll have to make a note of the directors' names to make sure I never invest in a company under their influence!

Seen enough. Goodbye and good luck to anyone still holding.

(Just a spectator not/never invested, and now never will be).

based on MB's post above - it's so obvious now why the sahres sank to pennies - why the hell would they sell this co. for peanuts for the other co to sell it on for millions?

sorry to the holders of this after the news

RSI sold it to Sector and Seatrans for £100k in Nov 2010 and they converted that to $15.75 million by Aug 2011 !

Hatetrader 2;

This is what this guy wrote of a stock that went up 80% today.!!

LOL.!!!!!!!!!!!!

.Yet another topinfo/moreforus pump and dump disaster stock !

I've emailed the FSA no less than 50 times about this conman yet he is still
allowed to pump and dump bad stocks onto others on this site.

How on earth does topinfo have the arrogance to ramp stocks here still, all
those 20p+ ramps in GMG, go and read his thread, the guy should be locked
up for life for what he does on this site !

Some will have sold based on his advice, and lost millions of pounds as these stocks went up.!!

I think he should be put in the stocks.!
