04/11/2022 14:22 | no it wasn't. See the rns. They took 1m shares TODAY. | babbler
04/11/2022 13:54 | 46k shares sold at 35p when mkt price was 34p to sell mkt price to sell then moved up to 35p ----- imo buying is still going on by the big fish strong hold/buy imo | smithie6
04/11/2022 13:53 | Bloody hell guys, it's simple. T.King have bought at 24p, 27.5p and 33.5pThe print today looks like 1 seller of 500k and two buyers of 250k. 1 of which will definitely be T.King and the other unknown. | tommygunn21
04/11/2022 13:33 | tick up on the bid side again - looks like they are in need of some sellers here, gotta be filling orders again | doodle1
04/11/2022 13:32 | NP I think we are on a real winner here. The new holdings will come out on Tuesday or Wednesday, and I suspect they do not want a rally in sp, as this will cost them more. Regards, F911 | firestorm911
04/11/2022 13:29 | good info. thanks for sharing, 911. | smithie6
04/11/2022 13:25 | So they bought that 1.25% of the company earlier at 33.50p. Look like they are building a stake. The transaction today (2 lots of 250K + 500K) are not part of their holding today. That 1m was bought a today's transaction, the rns refers to 2nd of Nov. 5.54% + 1.25% is closer to 6.80% Regards, F911 | firestorm911
04/11/2022 13:22 | ah RNS out Theodore-King. Avalon UK ltd has increased by ~1% to go over 5% on 2nd Nov reported on 4th Nov. ----- probably what caused the 2p rise on today's chart ...at the time of the RNS. I didn't see it until now, about 1 hr later. | smithie6
04/11/2022 12:44 | Welcome Trust has been adding too. I suspect 50p could be tested next week. Regards, F911 | firestorm911
04/11/2022 12:44 | I said that like 4 posts ago. Good morning lol. | babbler
04/11/2022 12:43 | well, Theodore-King & was it Harwood have bt big chunks of the co. after the crash in sh. price would be no surprise if they wanted more they wouldn't have risked so much money without thinking the shares were worth much more, making the risk/reward attractive. | smithie6
04/11/2022 12:38 | We did not get any rns accumulation yesterday, means they buyer is buying. | complex machinery
04/11/2022 12:36 | same character as Tuesdays notification, (T. King) guy is filling his boots here! | doodle1
04/11/2022 12:36 | Someone just 1.25% of the company. Is the new holder accumulating? | complex machinery
04/11/2022 12:29 | 1m bought at 33.50p, 2 lots of 250k and one lot of 500k. They were filling that order by the looks of it. Regards, F911 | firestorm911
04/11/2022 11:40 | Share those thoughts, I suspect they're shifting stuff from on-premises to azure and reworking apps at the same time which isn't easy...however, they're an IT outfit and this is inexcusable | dylanl2
04/11/2022 11:18 | New. Typo and you knew it lol. Nice buys today over 1% taken. | babbler
04/11/2022 11:07 | I struggle to see how RM can have had such big problems introducing new IT for warehouse operations since there are numerous suppliers of warehouse software & imo they are skilled at quickly integrating their software with other different systems, since that is needed at every job. at TST for example their RNSs/website mention integrating warehouse software & it appears to just be normal work for them. At RM, installing a new IT platform appears a much bigger task. But what is the real job ? is it just moving from 1 version of Msoft to the latest version, which doesn't appear a big deal. Or is it changing from 32 bit to 64 bit & some software won't run on 64 bit system ?? | smithie6
04/11/2022 10:59 | "jew holder" ???? if you meant to use the expression "jew holder" it seems to put your character in a poor light. | smithie6
03/11/2022 22:55 | perhaps that's why the jew holder wants in... to take over. He sees the potential. That's the play here. | babbler
03/11/2022 16:26 | does the bod have the right skills ? the background of the CEO is as a finance director & working in the HR sector Does he have the right experience to run RM ? (which is not a finance role nor a HR role). the other dirs seem to have experience in marketing or HR. I can't see much experience in RM's own sector !! if so, has a lack of sector experience (& phps a lack of IT experience) been part of the cause of the problems at RM ? (RM does IT stuff for clients so it is pretty poor that they have fallen flat on their face with IT problems, imo) ---- phps the changes in directors over the last 12 months fix these problems ?? ---- the video presentation of the CEO. shame imo that he couldn't bother to have a shave first, got 2-3 days of stubble !! | smithie6
03/11/2022 15:07 | Why not ?!!!! ------ the co. had profitable divisions then, I see no reason why the past profits can't be repeated (& hence the share price, as first guestimate) once the overrun of the current software project is fixed. or you have some justification for why it can't happen ? the client demand in the education sector has evaporated ?! I don't think so. | smithie6
03/11/2022 15:00 | Why do you see 200p as a fair target? The value of all divisions broken down? A trade buyer? Recovery in underlying business? You can't just say it's because its been the avg price over the last 4 years. | tommygunn21 |
