...200p is roughly the average sh price over the last 4 years before 2022.

& then Theorodore-King's company helps RM. thru this dip it is going thru ?

& have a bigger range of products, more sales outlets, cross selling opportunities....etc etc

& T-K could see a financial valuation put on his education company Faria, which imo is currently not listed.

The scale of raising probably means those who’ve invested in past years will be massively diluted if they don’t participate.

RM is a good business with a stretched balance sheet. I don't they will have problems raising equity. Also, they have a decent base of shareholders who would support a placing.

Real issue is how much new equity banks will want before refinancing. Current instability in markets not particularly helpful.

Fair enough essentialinvestor. I think if you suggest a persons posts are "darkly ironic", then you are questioning their sincerity. But anyway. My approach is contrarian and involves questioning a consensus view, and it has regularly landed me in difficulty with other posters over the last 20 years. Nothing new, but it's not an aspect I enjoy. Best of luck with your investments.
