Odd as I met him he wanted My money and said he does all the debt financing and never loses money so i thought a director and since he's only lost me money and 100s of thousands so I've had enough will never trust him again and hopefully no one else will as he was meant to track btc and bought a video producer and lost it all but took millions of pounds of bonuses all stinks tbh

My plan would have been:

Use some cash to tender for shares for all those that wanted to get out at, say, 0.3p, in the knowledge that the company would be delisted to save costs. I'd also buy any shares personally that the Company didn't want to buy back for itself.

Strip costs down to the bare minimum by reducing total Board compensation to no more than £30k per annum. I would take £0.

Give shareholders the choice whether they wanted me to manage the portfolio for remaining shareholder's benefit, or simply work out the remaining assets and return cash via liquidation.

Anyway, we're becoming a food snack company.

Pity they didn't take up your offer. You really are well clued up having followed you for a while. Have a small holding too and it's just noise now in my PF. Can't win them all.

No, I have never been supportive of any investment in anything but low risk death spiral funding (with an accompanying dividend to investors) , which is what was promised on the tin when I invested.

It's a very small position for me, but I still find it annoying to look at, hence the offer to manage the portfolio myself at no charge.

You're listed as a 4% holder. Are you supportive still?

I did actually offer to manage the company investments myself at no cost a good while ago.

From the time I gave them any money, the purpose of the company has changed quite radically (from low risk death spiral funding) to being a punt on second rate tech firms.

Apparently, Miton are supportive of the latest move.

They will drag it out as long as there is money in the bank. Man has to eat.

Agreed. After this surely they should just put this company down and give what's left to shareholders. What chance have these muppets of making a success of the new venture?
