Final Results, posted on 24th June, mentioned an expected final dividend of 0.038p per share, a yield of approx 4% based on the share price at that time. There is no mention of a timeframe in the Annual Report.

There is not much of a historical dividend trend with RGO, but based on last year's final dividend, it was ex-div on 15th July and paid out on 31st July.

So... soon maybe?

Tern deal is great for RGO as portfolio of investments broadened immediately with potential for exceptional growth from some of the Tern stable .Tern provides potential liquidity should RGO want to realise part or all of their investment as Tern is more liquid than Piri (or RGO).Pluto is an interesting wild card with view to their clearly having funds to enable repayment of £5mill loan to NFT + expanding into Meta & gaming .I have a small holding here as well as Piri & Tern

Interesting to see how this goes today, I’d be happy with those results if I was currently holding but so far the market doesn’t seem to like the Tern/Pires merger plan that RGO are backing.

hope not .... Pluto has to show clear transparent revenue, main business, clear valuation disclosure ... and crypto world is not at its best atm. neither de fi, NFTs etc... and now Pluto starts gaming ...

Great set of numbers from PIRI.

Given the nano cap and micro cap crash we are experiencing, these are a seriously good set of results.

Bear in mind that a number of Pires private investments have also progressed in the last six months so the numbers to end June should see a further uplift in valuations.

Finally, warrants expire end June also, so the company may see a further £1m or thereabouts in cash coming in so no shortage of cash at present.

The Tern offer is derisory at this stage...

Exit into a larger company with substantially better prospects,although RGO may well dispose of their tern shares,if they can as Tern has had a chequered history.
