Reason for spike today?

anyone - what would be the % RGO holding in Smarttech.

all I could find is the following

"The Investment will be via a convertible loan note and will form part of an overall fundraising
by Smarttech247 of €2.5 million. The convertible loan note carries a coupon of 5% and is
expected to convert on a sale or listing of the company."

I see Pires is investor too .... but I can not find who owns what in % terms - after all converitbles etc get execised .....

If it helps 19.5m was the entire holding of one of the directors. He did a bed and isa a month or so ago

Have RGO issued a RNS about the Pires purchase by Tern? I remember news about the deal, but I've just noticed an RNS from Tern from 21 July saying the deal is off. Have RGO made any comments about this?

Nothing to say really. Results were good. Dividend is good while we wait on news. Smarttech rto into ccap is the news we need and hopefully get a share price boost. October is my guess for that??
