Good to understand the warrants are so out of kilter with current share price so, in effect, will not be exercised unless we see a dramatic lift in the valuation of the company.

As previously announced, as part of the Company's overall strategy when making investments, warrants or their equivalent are negotiated which can significantly increase the level of investment return. However, due to the inherent volatility associated with this form of instrument, the potential value of this warrant portfolio is not fully reflected in the Company's net asset value and a return is only crystallised when the respective warrants are exercised and resulting shares sold

On 10 May 2021, the Company issued 96,470,587 warrants to the subscribers for a private placing, exercisable for a period of 2 years at 3.4p per share.

I cannot see any mention of warrants on there Investor Relations site?
Last numbers end June showed £1.7m in cash plus £11.6m in NAV.
Valuation currently £5.58m...
EV at a lowly £3.88m

RiverFort Global Opportunities plc is pleased to announce that it has agreed to invest €1.4 million in Smarttech247 (incorporated in the Republic of Ireland as Zefone Limited

The Investment will be via a convertible loan note and will form part of an overall fundraising by Smarttech247 of €2.5 million. The convertible loan note carries a coupon of 5% and is expected to convert on a sale or listing of the company.

as I do not know the % holding - is it possible to assume - that they could shift some Smartech247 shares to their friends just before the listing - which of course they will not

but it happened to me several times - under the similar circumstances ... I had the privilege to have a look into the books later on.... and it regularly happened

it was called usual business, derisking, cash management ...
