boxer thanks - I learned warrants valuation used in NAV

Classified as a Level 3 asset under fair value accounting rules, the company’s warrants are valued using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. The resulting figure is then discounted by 75% to reflect the warrants being untraded derivatives and the underlying equity securities being traded on junior markets. As such, returns are only realised when the respective warrants are exercised and resulting shares sold.

Ah ok it's not gonna be wirth £43m then because they pulled the IPO. Doubt it's worth much more than RGO paid then. Would love to be wrong.

There are warrants out already in Pluto for 12p I’m sure, a few of the early investors @3p who then joined in again @6p were given warrants at those prices but I’ve seen 12p warrants mentioned somewhere so I would expect the cheapest float to be 15p.

Let's not get too carried away.
Pluto raised around £30m and last raise was at 6p I gather.
The last valuation I saw at a presentation delivered by Pluto in August was £43m or thereabouts.
That suggested a share price of around 8.6p.
I can certainly see an IPO at the 10p plus level but I think 20p or 30p may be on the high side.

RGO bought Pluto at 6p which I think was a £4m valuation. Not sure what stock they have issued since. Pluto claim they have $16m in crypto investments from memory.

I don't know if Pluto can exit this crypto or not and even then if RGO can exit Pluto or even if they want to.

Either way if Pluto does IPO for a significant amount it will help RGO Nav as it is in the Nav at 6p.

The 30p range was the latest price in fund range , would expect that figure to be higher ?
What that price is unknown and will be known to all once date of IPO.
To answer that RGO price is wrong and that's why invested 2 months ago
