04/11/2022 11:23 | Opened a position this morning at 496, would think much of the bad news regarding the economy is factored into the price and yes, expecting a tough winter ahead so figured could be a good time to get on board. | dandu69
01/11/2022 07:20 | Lots of increase available here just to hit pre mini-budget share price Company have said they expect to hit advised forecast from when share price was 50% higher than this lowly price.. Non brainer.. BUY | whites123
29/10/2022 22:44 | Had me some more shares at this low level. Recession already priced | growthpotential
26/10/2022 07:22 | Lots of high gains still to be had. No changes to year expectations. Aggressive share buy back program. New CEO A climb to pre Mini Budget SP What is not to like? | whites123
24/10/2022 12:21 | A correction straight back to pre "Mini-Budget" share price which provides for another 13% from £4.75 Plus for those taking note of comments from the board they expect full year targets to remain unchanged which provides for a further 42% gain from where we are at 12.15 on Monday 24th October. Good money to be made and new Director will ensure growth exceeds expectations. 50% Gain Minimum over coming months is my take. | whites123
24/10/2022 07:19 | I personally think Sunak as PM will stabilise the markets somewhat (Although getting in by backdoor is atrocious and even this staunch Tory supporter believes there should be a GE) This from Friday's Director change RNS. "The Company continues to make good progress with the implementation of its strategy and trading in the year to date has been as expected. The Board's expectations for the full year remain unchanged." | whites123
21/10/2022 12:32 | This from todays Director change RNS. "The Company continues to make good progress with the implementation of its strategy and trading in the year to date has been as expected. The Board's expectations for the full year remain unchanged." | whites123
21/10/2022 12:28 | Rightmove will do well. If house sales slump and less mortgages are available and homes are repossessed.. Rightmoves listings will increase with rentals. RMV will win win win. | whites123
19/10/2022 14:11 | I have 2 estate agents on the road where I live (Bournville, Birmingham). Hanging around for a vacancy at the barber's nearby, I passed a moment glancing at the estate agent's windows. Normally, for most of the last 10 years, that shows about 100 properties, with only 3-5 unsold. Well, blow me, suddenly there are 20 properties for sale, a number of which I know were "sold" a few months back. The same pattern also applied at the other estate agent, 15-20 properties for sale, instead of the usual 3-5. | gorse
29/9/2022 13:33 | If it’s like 08 about half the estate agents are due to be wiped out, london likely to be a total bloodbath. The brexit self harmers have taken us all down with them. Emigrate. | porsche1945
28/9/2022 10:27 | looks like 400 ish coming | toffeeman
28/9/2022 08:18 | This is serious. | juan2many
27/9/2022 22:19 | ouch, if this falls beneath £5 this would be a new 2+ year low. We are heading into a bad recession! | powereddrones
27/9/2022 21:34 | indeed it is and must be because the listings will decrease a lot. chartwise more downside likely . I assume Zoopla is not a listed stock ! | arja
26/9/2022 08:53 | This is tanking. | juan2many
20/6/2022 20:39 | The only thing that matters is a transfer of power from the west to the east. Short term gov. vs long term gov. | f56
07/6/2022 11:32 | Defo not the time to be in anything property related, US property stocks getting obliterated and they are likely the canary in the coal mine as U.K. has a worse inflation problem thus likely higher rates than the US with much lower wages. 2008 property crash coming, will last five years I would think. Plus U.K. economy post brexit fiasco is starting to really buckle, politics like a 3rd world basket case, it writes itself. Dire. | porsche1945
30/5/2022 09:57 | Agreed rogue. RMV has a high equity duration due it's high p/b like all tech stocks. I'm still not convinced that high equity duration is the right play at this moment in the ST, still trying to figure that one out. | cirlbunting1
30/5/2022 08:30 | the way rmv charges means its largely insulated from periods of stagnant or falling house prices. the revs only decline when agents using the site go bust. otherwise fees are paid regardless. so in that regard its pretty resilient in all but worst case scenarios. but given the relatively higher rating than ft100 avg the shares tend to mimic tech names in the states, just not quite as high beta as them. | roguetraderuk
30/5/2022 08:26 | @GrowthPotential > I messed up on that short-term trade. Foolish of me. Short-term, the sentiment has definitely changed away from stagflation with US PCE #s & a build up of inventories creating a disinflationary tone. Back to the drawing board. | cirlbunting1
19/5/2022 13:05 | Pop up RMV .300 nurses to train with GDR new game changer test .Multibag possible .Antipated news . | ram376s
13/5/2022 13:23 | Seems like a rash decision given it's been way up at 800? | growthpotential
12/5/2022 11:01 | Out of this @ 5.50 having bought in at 5.55...CEO leaving is my main reason. ofc theres more downside to be factored in as the US brings the market down with it. Will look for reentry if ftse approaches 67-70 | cirlbunting1
09/5/2022 10:06 | the company isnt reliant on the comings and goings of housing market but for the uk its a higher multiple name and so is sold when its risk off. however its one of those to bounce back when mkts find a footing. | roguetraderuk
09/5/2022 09:48 | CEO leaving complicates this. Was hoping it retraced back to £6-7 in the next few months. Now, not so sure.Long-term > solid however. | cirlbunting1 |
