Sooner or later, in a situation where most of you customers hate you, and the management team have no ambition beyond lining their own pockets, the sh*t will hit the fan. Rmv will shortly fall out of the FTSE 100, be sold by trackers and are a very reasonable SHORT at this level.

If you are happy with a PE of 50, then the shares are a buy!

I am pleased that, thanks to the value of Rightmove's services to our customers and consumers, we are again in a position to return free cash to our shareholders with the resumption of share buybacks in March and the dividend payment in May.

by 2024 shedloads of dosh should be entering UK prop market, as C19 is sorted
rental returns outside M25 could hit 10% ,
cap, apr, should hedge any currency weakness even cover the tax bill,

Dominant market position. Very strong audience numbers. Customers have no choice other than advertise with RM, otherwise they’ll lose instructions from clients.

Time to short was early this year. Now the market is looking forward and the share price looking good.

Results much better than expected here. 88% market share in the UK. No stopping this now.Revenue only 34% down. Was expecting it to be much worse and record viewing figures in June and July.The share price might be getting ahead of itself a bit but certainly the future is bright for RMV
