Lol.Blame the BoD for an opaque deceptive TU.Just imagine announcing increased turnover when in fact it had declined. Now that behaviour DOES need regulating.Short to zero.

It all seems to have become very personal for stt. Any tactic now being used to try to scare R1 holders and to discredit those daring to ask questions about his beloved tly.

Sikhthetech. It is a bit much you are throwing around excaimers like that. Rather out of context. The fact you don't own any shares in the company is odd as well.

How many times have you posted that standard boilerplate risk on the possible costs of complying with sec/SOx requirements, stt?

Can you confirm that they were expecting cost savings net of expected increased compliance costs?

The TU reminds everyone of the risks attached to the forward looking statements...

These and other risk factors are discussed in "Risk Factors" of RhythmOne's Annual Report on Form 20-F filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on July 31, 2018, a copy of which can be found at www.sec.gov."

These risks include those the company has already warned about...

The company has warned:
"MATERIAL WEAKNESSES", "SIGNIFICANT" costs, "ADVERSELY AFFECT...OPERATING results..IN THE FUTURE.""

"D. Changes in Internal Control Over Financial Reporting

As a result of material weaknesses related to the ......."

Page 43..

"SIGNIFICANT costs", SUBSTANTIAL MANAGEMENT TIME", "ADVERSELY AFFECT...OPERATING results..IN THE FUTURE."

"The combined company will incur significant costs and devote substantial management time as a result of becoming subject to reporting requirements in the United States, which may adversely affect the operating results of RhythmOne in the future. "

In fact fy TU mentioned market consensus but as revenue forecasts were drastically lowered, they switched to Management expectations..

Performance for H1 2019 is expected to be in line with management expectations "

" We believe we are well-positioned to deliver a further strong performance in FY2019 – fully in line with current consensus estimates in market "

Loaf,
"Last time i looked at the broker forcasts they had $420M penciled in"

The last time I looked at the TU they mentioned in line with "MANAGEMENT" expectations.. not market..

Did you not read the TU???

"Performance for H1 2019 is expected to be in line with management expectations "

Did the scaffolders not pre-warn you about SER, MDX and GBO then...

sikhthetech - 14 Sep 2018 - 17:30:41 - 6701 of 6860It is really unlucky if an investor invests in 1 company which has been subject to fraud allegations...

but what if the same 'investor' has been in 3 companies which have had fraud allegations!!!

GBO - I think is fairly well known...

anyone know anything about Sefton Resources (SER) and Meldex(MDX)...

Barky, you've invested in all 3 of them at some point... what is your opinion of them???? A pattern forming with your investments, isn't there?
