Seeing it's in sikhthetech header now we might as well have the full post and not is edited post! And you can see in the proper context that it sat over long-term shareholder and both of them to have moved on, but as usual why let the truth sikhthetech get in the way of the facts!

S4 market cap is double ours but the company is a qtr of the size on revs and income.

Last TU for 1st qtr 13 July.. the share price opened 186..
Went up for 5 days to 244 high before falling back...



This time TU opened at 218p and share price went up for 2 days to high of 243p and closed on Fri at 222p...4p after 4 days...

There was no mention of CASH nor KPIs...

Revenues missed forecast followed by broker reducing TP..

Why would they have another TU in couple weeks?

Much better than the £1.59 April low anyway.

The TU was supposed to be the catalyst for a repricing of the stock.Clearly the market is disappointed with the TU and now aware that the new BoD are as opaque as all the rest when they announce a decline in turnover as an increase.This is a clear short to zero.

Pretty good week then wasn't it, for the longs?

Share price closed at 214p on Monday, immediately before the TU, having run up from 192p on the 12th September.

So closing on Friday above that level, at 222p, is ok in my book, even if there's been a bit of a pullback from the high. And don't forget, Tuesday's rns announced a CFO resignation with immediate effect, which isn't usually good news for the share price.

For next week, I suppose the question is whether the market will anticipate more good news in a mid-October TU or whether things will go quiet waiting for November results.

And to think, some posters said they were expecting the share price to fall back post-TU, even without a CFO resignation.
