If ed had been present I think he would have been read like a book....in my opinion!
Interesting that loaf feels Tosca may be buying again....that is quiet a gamble with an already massive stake and not having any numbers at the TU......wink wink

I wonder how much BM cost as an advisor to the company.. Probably more than when he was employed by them...

According to BM's Linkedin, he has been an advisor to the BoD since he apparently left in July last year.
Unless, he has simply forgotten to update his account... Maybe one for 1R to clarify or for Biffa during one of his private sessions with Ed...

Nice to see he is an advisor to Inflexxion as well.. a healthcare company helping to reduce health related risks and to improve health outcomes.. an excellent sector to be in.. ;-)

I wonder if they waived the condition about the price having to stay above £5 for a period before he could exercise?

When (if?) it gets above £5, it will be nice to have avoided the dilution of Brian's options being exercised.

A few weeks ago the share price went up to around 240p before it fell again...
Last yr the share price went up to around 500p (new money) before it fell again..
