19/7/2018 14:14 | I didn't attend the AGM. What was the general consensus from management on a Buy back? I would have thought if there is one it would be towards the end of this year once revenues increase. | seball
19/7/2018 13:59 | Just added a nice chunk at 230p to lower my average. BM's options gone bye bye. Great time to start a share buyback.... ;) | borgioli
19/7/2018 13:56 | Recent market movement has suggested interest coming from the other side of the pond at their open - then a UK sell-off late to manage the price. Interesting to see what 2-30 and 4-30 throw up today? | barkboo

19/7/2018 13:23 | It was loaf who asked the question. I heard a straightforward denial - not acting in concert with Toscafund. And I thought loaf asked if therefore Toscafund were able to buy more shares and Eric replied that they were as far as he knew - or have I got mixed up with conversations we had afterwards? But Eric said he had talked to Martin Hughes recently. So they discuss things, as I would expect given the shareholder relationship. But they are not formally seen to be acting "in concert" in the context of their R1 shareholdings as that term is understood in the Takeover Code. I don't think you can expect any more clarity than that. I would be amazed if they hadn't discussed replacing Ted with Mark for example. But they would have made sure that any discussions they had on that issue fell short of a formal "acting in concert" definition under the Takeover Code. | 1gw
19/7/2018 13:10 | BM advisor role. I suspect any transition of duties is well and truly over by now. His options expire today. "Brian has also informed the Company of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors as of the succession date in order to provide the new team a clear runway, but has agreed to serve as an Advisor to the Board and Company to ensure a seamless transition of duties. " | 1gw
19/7/2018 13:06 | fo67 - thank you very much, and interesting. If he "mumbled something about not having been seen to be in a concert party with Tosca." I would take it in the manner you did, not having been seen to be in a concert party with Tosca is very damning. Singer looks like the guy that would not make an elementary mistake - and if true, (if you heard it correct) a mistake of Hugh proportion. Perhaps someone on here that contacts the company in a ligitimate way - could clarify those remarks? | barkboo
