16/7/2018 15:00 | I'm surprised there were only 3 officers present at the AGM... I would have thought majority of the officers would have turned up to defend the company's record and financial position... No CFO present??? agm presentation: | sikhthetech
16/7/2018 13:14 | So it is no problem to Barky to make 20 losing bets in one minute?! Impressive! | gowlane
16/7/2018 12:41 | Phil - you got ticked down for thanking someone...desperatio I see TLY has blown an share price gain this morning.. on another non profitable deal. How sad! | barkboo

16/7/2018 10:04 | I will just add my pennyworth to the excellent comments already made on the AGM. I too was impressed with Mark Bonney. With the amalgamation of a group of companies, all with their own software systems and structure he sees his main function is to amalgamate all the different systems into one and to address the structural issues as well. He was optimistic on the "core" of the business but clearly critical of the previous senior management team-without saying so! They are clearly comfortable with the revenue target of £430m. The SVP Global marketing was also enthusiastic on his role and what they are doing. He feels that they compete with the "big boys" in that companies want alternatives to them and that RTHM will work with them in their marketing strategy rather than simply provide access to their sites. Their focus is on the business and the share price will look after itself. Best investor relations is business execution. The reaction is reflected in the share price and I will continue to hold | gerihatrick

16/7/2018 08:36 | Well he says he wants profitable revenue - he certainly has plenty of that to work on....must be the easiest job he has undertaken. Turning over that kinda dough without officially recording a real profit is some achievement - and I don't believe it! Looks to me that Singer really rates Bonney - the positivity from both does not appear to be in line with a carve-up? We have a Royal Flush starting from the AU. tech days and then through the various stages to this almost completed Juggernaught...have we at last got management that can properly manage this powerhouse and convert into gold! That last revenue figure and no profit must have frustrated Singer into turbo charge mode....it wound me up a little? lol | barkboo
16/7/2018 08:30 | Interesting stuff guys, thank you. Happy now to watch and wait. | jarvis4

16/7/2018 08:00 | Interesting stuff tom53 thanks I’m not gonna get hooked on the romance of Bonney laid on a beach getting a call from singer....that must have been yrs ago as he’s bed hopped from boardroom to boardroom for singer for a while now.....only conciliation is he won’t be rusty!! | digitalis
16/7/2018 07:58 | 53tom- Thanks. I can't see any misreporting. I won't be shorting this. They came across well I thought. | greenpastures2
16/7/2018 07:58 | Many thanks 53Tom, Very interesting and look forward to any further details when time permits. It sounds like Bonney is ideally suited to the role! | midasx
16/7/2018 07:43 | For those wanting a little more detail of AGM I provide my notes. This is the first batch related to Bonney statements. I will provide more notes during the day/ tomorrow as time permits. Where possible (when I could scribble fast enough) I have used their own phrases and words. There were only 3 attendees from the company – Eric Singer, Mark Bonney and Jorg Nowak (Head of Global Sales). • Bonney is someone who ‘just likes the challenge and to learn new things’. He was retired (age 64) and sitting on the beach when Singer offered him the job and he jumped at it. He seems quietly confident and energetic, you can see he is very driven and focused. • Bonney has been travelling to see all the company’s sites and said he was impressed with the staff. He has finished his 6 week review. Although would not be drawn on any details at this time. • Specifically praised the middle management as excellent at all sites and that communication/ feedback between sites was to be improved (utilisation of ‘Salesforce • In response to a specific question Bonney gave a brief indication of the many companies he had turned around and the share price increases resulting during his tenure ($1.75 to $95 and $14 to $64, and $0.78 to $6.15 were mentioned off the cuff). Also anyone reading his CV will see he has wide experience and is highly capable. • Said wants profitable revenue and will discard any low profit and unprofitable revenue streams. Maximising margins is a key objective. • Bonney said that the focus must be on completing the integration and consolidating and streamlining the current company for cash generation and profits and that if there were any acquisitions they would only be small. • Bonney most keen to reduce staff numbers (currently about 750) and has already started reducing. • There are currently about 300 staff in India • Particular reference was made to Yume’s capability in CTV (they were the first/ one of the first to place ads on CTV and that history is very useful, we are currently a leader in the CTV area) • Rhythmone’s CPM will increase significantly as supply of video and CTV increases | 53tom
16/7/2018 07:17 | There is no question in my mind that the share price will recover strongly from where we are. We are 4 months into the current financial year and they have had 4 opportunities to guide lower on earnings. TU April, Teds departure May, Results June and AGM July. Those figures as we all know are pretty impressive against a mcap of £150M. 65% of the company is held by insiders or funds that are adding and there is a 4% short position. I think almost every investor is under water in this stock and it's difficult to see beyond that but perversly the company is stronger now than this time last year but at half the price! | loafofbread
16/7/2018 06:35 | Biggest majority vote 99.8% to enable purchase of own shares. Will the BOD listen to their employers? | midasx
15/7/2018 20:00 | It matters hat because there is no point in acquisitions that do not cover the cost of the acquisition. At present that is where we are and why the BoD are so keen in adjusted EBITDA as a measure of their performance or lack of it. | jonc
15/7/2018 19:20 | JontheC ✔️ Loopy luloo ✔️ Hotpants ✔️ Poo AFC ✔️ Lol.....yep the usual gang of buffoons trolling away here I see! As you were G2 x | geheimnis2
15/7/2018 17:25 | Does it matter? Organic / in-organic growth is still growth. Most growth companies are acquisitive. They now have higher margin revenue. Yume is the big drag and I'm sure will have more write downs on that. | hatfullofsky
15/7/2018 17:05 | Hope to see the share rise now Singer isn't taking it private. | lance corporal winstanley ash |
