I take your point on that. I always try to be even handed when discussing this pile of crud.

However this is supposed to be a fast moving growth industry so I would expect significant organic growth.

It is not there.

R1 is losing turnover on all fronts.

Short to zero.

and the comparison between Q1-2018 and Q1-2019 should inc full qtr Q1 from Rad 1 & Yume as well...


Q1-19 Rev $87m - includes revs from Rad1 & Yume...
Q1-18 rev $45m - Q1-18, excludes revs from Rad1(mainly) & Yume. Rad1 was acquired towards end of Q1-18 (26th June 2017), so only 1 week of rev inc..


and the 'trading in line' is in line with CURRENT expectations, which have already been lowered... even if they are lowered again in the future, they can still repeat the same and claim that they are still on track...

JonC, you got the revenue figure for RadiumOne wrong.
You should change that to $65/75M, so around half of what you stated.

"RadiumOne generated ($17.5M) in loss before taxes and an Adjusted* EBITDA loss of ($5.6M) on $141M of revenues. The book value of RadiumOne’s gross assets was $71M.

1R is only acquiring certain assets and associated liabilities of RadiumOne. Given the scale and complexity of the Acquisition, 1R expects to complete the integration of RadiumOne within 12 to 18 months of ownership. Subject to execution of the cost synergies alone, the Company anticipates that the Acquisition will generate $65M to 75M in revenues and $1M to $3M in Adjusted* EBITDA over the next twelve months. Both are forecast to grow, contributing to organic growth and improved operating margins thereafter."

In fact I reckon that is where all the scaffolders met up and decided that this shares business was easy, so many mugs around to take advantage of.

Reminds me of a good quote I heard the other day:

That is certainly true of all of Barky's posts.

On the other hand Rocket Fuel has been uncannily accurate in calling the share price here, both on the way up and on the way down.

Tell you what to do Barky, every time you make a call get the Mrs to bet against it - I am sure she wants to anyway.

That is on everything: on shares, horses and politics.

At the end of the day I bet she beats you hands down.

absolutely...lots of PIs/IIs were positive pre- the profit warning... but after the profit warning the sensible posters adjusted their views and became cautious....
whereas the family gang dismissed any concerns and were left holding the baby...
The share price is 19.5p old money compared to Barky's 240p, old money...yet he thinks everyone else is wrong, bar him!!!!



Barky (BMAC and his mates on lse and here) only defense is the posters asking questions are wrong...surely they should be presenting the bull case...
