23/12/2016 12:36 | Charge your batteries for a Happy and Prosperous New Year Happy Christmas everyone | fieldhouse
23/12/2016 12:17 | Merry Xmas and may our New Year power ahead on good news ;-) | pottermagic2310
23/12/2016 10:38 | Also roughly double. Not hopefull or particulary pleased obviously, especially just before Christmas with funds tied which probably wont be needed. But with the level of interest globally now is the right time according to the Company. "1,500 expressions of interest from 100 Countries" takes organisation and resources to manage. Merry Christmas. | gerryjames
22/12/2016 17:26 | Been a very good year for REDT and guided well by a good CEO ,tho I admit the recent placing took me by surprise my investment here has done well.Wishing you all a very happy christmas and a prosperous new year. Many thanks to those who have contributed to the thread.cheers. | ashtree2
22/12/2016 17:16 | I asked for an extra 30,000 shares on top of 30,000 to which I am entitled. | ashtree2
22/12/2016 14:55 | Bloody hell - there's a movement in mid price!!!! | cheek212
22/12/2016 12:01 | Rampety ramp ramp from dogbreath but this is going nowhere for weeks/months until the 150m placing shares are absorbed, imo. | 12bn
22/12/2016 11:56 | If CTAG can shift 40-50 million shares a day at a high price then this, can only imagine where we would end up. That's what sentiment does and we have had none! | dogrunner11
22/12/2016 11:50 | Surprised what's being said, sure it's a few soar heads from placement but let's not forget this is pretty much under everyone's radar currently. Personally believe this is hugely undervalued based on entry pricing in comparison to competitors, seeding units in place and first gen2 sales to some pretty impressive potential markets. A prospective sales pipeline of $263 million without any real effort or advertising and no dedicated sales team, if this had been any other stock with wind behind it we would be well into £100 plus million market cap on potential alone. Redflow Australia is well above our valuation yet has nothing in comparison and a much higher entry price, goes to show the difference in investor appitite between countries, when market clicks to what's on offer this should fly. | dogrunner11
22/12/2016 11:39 | Anyone who expects this to be valued on earnings, or anything based on them, for a few years yet simply can't understand anything about companies or their valuation. The nearest to earnings would be a dcf model, but that is just based on guesses of earnings well into the future. The value of small companies in new sectors is in their expertise and intellectual property, imv, i.e. largely 'goodwill' in accounts, or intangibles. | pierre oreilly
22/12/2016 11:30 | Definitely has to be "added" Value accounted for due to the maturity of Product(s) that have evolved to this point PLUS the associated IP, along with current seeded Kit/Trials that demonstrate application of the Tech - all of which must support the £55M | pottermagic2310
22/12/2016 09:15 | I agree it's overvalued on a p/e basis, simple maths says that if 'e' is zero then the current p/e is 'infinite' LOL.But then if it was valued purely at tangible asset value today, that would be only the £15M it had raised recently plus a few other bits of kit, no more than £20M or 3p per share. In the real world, there is a substantial value to the IP and historic investment, and I would say that today's market cap of £55M is a fair reflection of that and the tangible assets. Assuming of course that the product works and is valued by the marketplace... if it isn't then the IP and historic investment are worth zero. Then we come to the 'hope value'. Who knows how much that's worth? The ultimate question to value anything is how much would someone pay for it? My own view is that (again assuming that the product works and gains traction in the market), someone would have to pay substantially more than £55M to buy the company today.NAI | cyberbub
22/12/2016 09:03 | It's another overly ramped aim share pdoc, that falls in love and ignores where the business truly is. I like the company and have traded it, will watch for now, I daresay there will come a buy point again. | owenski
22/12/2016 00:53 | I get the impression you feel a bit like me on this one Owenski. The shine has somewhat been taken off. | pdoc
21/12/2016 22:23 | Well a part of your views is correct, the market cap is similar to before the placing ..... and yet it's now stuffed full of cash from the placing. Crazy. It's temporarily cheap just to the mechanics of the placing .. when digested, the market cap will return to a fair price determined by the market, being the previous cap plus the cash raised, so about 16p, purely mechanically. Then rise from there due to the lessened risk and the certainty of their strategy being exploited. I wouldn't worry too much yet if you have lithium investments, they currently have a very small overlap in their respective markets. It's when red introduce their flow/lithium hybrid (delivering cheap mass storage with high power delivery) when red will really start to take away parts of the current pure lithium market. | pierre oreilly
21/12/2016 21:13 | Lithium is still the common battery technology at present, some innacurrate statements were made re. transport of Lithium Batteries by air, they are still transported by air but as cargo and not on passenger aircraft, which applied a temporary suspension as of this year. Anyway, transport regulations highlight the risk with Lithium but that is not the same as saying it is 'no good', it is an excellent battery with good power to weight ratios and power density ratios, it is currently in common use with usage expected to continue to grow, hence the investment into all arenas of Lithium extraction and production. Vanadium is still very much at the starting blocks, not saying it wont become a serious additional technology, but it aint there yet. | owenski
21/12/2016 21:02 | Share price now in the 8p region, but it's been diluted to death and if one adds in all the new shares the M.cap is not far off from just before the placing. There's nothing to particularly drive the share price and this is north of 50m M.cap, still loss making and still to prove itself commercially, the risk seems more to the downside at present especially when the CEO said they were funded and then this happens. | owenski
21/12/2016 20:30 | Tech. The date on my letter for the offer was noon today. I took the shares.. | 1bokke
21/12/2016 14:34 | I certainly believe the worst is over from the discounted placing and the way level2 is set backs this up a little. | tech_ip
21/12/2016 14:17 | Volumes have appeared to drop off considerably so far today so bakes you wonder if all the selling now done - few delayed orders so far. Or maybe just gone quiet now because near to Christmas break plus 30th EGM. Not really expecting to see much trade over the next 5 working days before the EGM so hopefully a push up starting on the 3rd Jan. | cheek212
21/12/2016 14:14 | Thank you GB. A normalisation of trading is set to resume once the final date of the variation passes. | tech_ip
21/12/2016 14:08 | Dates may vary, but for mine it is close of business today. | gbcol
21/12/2016 13:50 | Can somebody kindly clarify when is the last day of this open offer? I am just trying to get a handle of the selling to take up the open shares and looking at the trades seems selling has ended. 3v1 on level 2 and I can sell more than what I can buy. Expect to see trading here over 10p soon. | tech_ip |
