The closed and base deals with IES added together equal circa 10m in sales according to my calculations.

Margins unknown presently.

Operating expenses unknown, REDt was operating at circa 7m for the last results, now that they are combined, it'll be a lot higher.

Either way, I reckon they're burning through 8m - 9m.

They are going to be raising again.

If anyone has access to the VSA research note on Invinity, one will note that projections are for losses to continue into 2022, whereby they will make EBITDA of 0.5m...... Yes 500k

Conclusion, funds are gonna be raised again more than once and subsequent dilution.

Shareholders WILL be diluted again.

Truly horrendous results for the old REDt, whether the combined IES entity performs any better is an unknown,
contract changes and delays are the nature of the game and they're still up against the incumbent Li-Ion systems.

The next half year for IES as a clean reporting period will have dire numbers and if any orders are
slow, cancelled or delayed, they'll be back to the markets for yet more money.

This is still early stage commercialisation with all the risks that go with it.

I reckons it wont be too long before they're raising money again, income rev, is wafer thin so far and they've tucked into a bit of that 8m fund raise since May.

End of the year maybe before the begging bowl goes round again, leopard and spots lol.

Rich ken, very good post and very long, but to sum up , we who have been invested here for a long time, have no doubt that there is a great future for renewables, it’s a matter of when the governments around the world start to also believe.

jodrell13, the 50:1 consolidation of 1.65 is 82p but the consolidation happened at just below 1 and the price has been hit even further down because of a large seller content to bail at 32p .... more pain this week or time to buy back in, that is the dilemma.

The 82.5p people rightly talked about was based onthe open-offer price of 1.65p. that was the price McMoneyBags and his mates decided was going to be fair to long suffering share holders. Needs no abacus to tell you that 1.65p x 50 = 82.5p. Are you McMoneyBags himself because your figures are all nonsense and made up? He does that. Anyway, not to matter, the share price is already down to 36p which, if you hadn't noticed, is a lot lower than 82.5p. If you took up the open offer (of 82.5p) you would already be 56% down. Perhaps you are so happy with the dog because you can't add up. Perhaps you are Diane Abbott.

Seems like we may be heading in the right direction at last, must just mention those bright guys who worked out that at 50 to 1 the new share price would be around82p, well done everybody, 32p that’s reality. Please buy a new Abacus.

A complete Zilch of a start. Did anyone take up the open offer? More like taking one up the jacksie from this bunch of charlatans. They were so generous to offer at 1.65p - lucky whoever got that because the share price is already 56% down on that. When will someone realise this company is dead, it is a nothing. One whole year to get nothing done and the all singing all dancing launch is met by a 36% fall. Don't be fools guys and punt on a wing and a prayer. This is a means to get your money and provide you with nothing. Did anyone notice all the projects they say they now have? Exactly, just like McMoneybags promises, there all promises and no details.
