19/3/2020 11:32 | "....get share price to 1.65p very quickly and hopefully well beyond that in quick order." In theory it should get to 82.5p in quick order. ;-) | gerd212
19/3/2020 11:29 | Interesting that it does not seem that any of the current RED directors are taking up shares according to the 180 plus page document on the RedT website about the merger and relisting. At least it looks like the directors pay has dropped and has been rebased. I think it looks like most are deferring pay subject to a financial stabilisation target around the figure of £2 million from memory. None of the existing major shareholders will have a stake over 3 percent, bar Schroders, after the new company Invinity is formed. I am really disappointed that they did not produce any figures to the end of the 2019 year. | greenmachine2
19/3/2020 10:41 | The only risk now IMO is that the placing doesn't get voted through. In which case those buying now (like me) would lose their dosh as company would in all likelihood go bust but can't see it not going through after all the DD and time getting it ready. In which case I would hope to get share price to 1.65p very quickly and hopefully well beyond that in quick order. At 1.65p share price I would finally after many years be back in profit. Beyond that - happy days! If it all goes pear-shaped, it just goes on to the rest of my current portfolio losses!! So, yes personally I can't see why folks aren't snapping up half price shares now rather than wait. | gbcol
19/3/2020 10:39 | is anyone buying or selling now? | ts0mev
19/3/2020 10:18 | Why would anyone want to go in for the OO if the shares currently are lower the the offer price. That makes no sense. | philoosh
19/3/2020 09:26 | Ah ok gerd, so not vital just extra cash as separate from the funds raised. Its a long way to rock and roll | vauch
19/3/2020 09:25 | Just spoke to the Share Centre and they have informed me that the open offer is 1.65p as in the RNS (as expected,) and the take up of shares from the general market will not affect the OO entitlement. | guppygould
19/3/2020 08:53 | From RNS Number : 1854G "The Board also recognises and is grateful for the support that it has received from Shareholders so far and is also offering all Qualifying Shareholders the opportunity to participate in an Open Offer at the Issue Price. The Open Offer will raise up to £6.3 million (assuming full take up of the Open Offer). The Open Offer is in addition to and separate from the funds raised pursuant to the Placing. The Open Offer is not being underwritten." | gerd212
19/3/2020 08:34 | I am sure that placings are under written for the shares not taken up on open offer | vauch
19/3/2020 07:29 | Rang up Computershare yesterday, two people there, did not even know Redt, wanted to know where I found the phone No.,Then decided the manager dealing with it was self isolating and would e mail me. Asked quite an easy question, yes or no answer,,,,,,,,,,,sti | p@
18/3/2020 20:40 | Considering the current price stays more or less here, the open offer to shareholders is likely to fail. Will this affect the whole deal? | empoggio
18/3/2020 20:15 | I suppose you have to consider the price you would buy then for, no doubt the spread is huge. | gbjbaanb
18/3/2020 16:49 | Exactly cuckoonest. Document is very clear. Shares will be issued at 1.65p. The consolidation of 50:1 occurs after the issue of these shares. If people want to partake in the Open Offer and top up the company coffers then great but I've bought mine (and a few more on top) at less than half that price. I'll see how it goes before deciding whether to grab any more. | gbcol
18/3/2020 16:30 | Which roughly equates to todays price with a 50:1 consolidation. Could be a lot clearer explained and perhaps a call to the company for clarification. That makes the open offer worthwhile, but I won't be partaking | zero the hero
18/3/2020 16:27 | The RNS clearly states, multiple times, that new placing will be at 1.65p per ordinary share. So easy on the “muppets” | cuckoonest
18/3/2020 16:24 | The quote from the Share Centre is 0.00 for what I can only assume is my entitlement. I'll try to remember to give them a call tomorrow. I think I will be taking it up as I'm already committed. | guppygould
18/3/2020 16:14 | 1943 2 New Ordinary shares for every 5 Existing Ordinary shares held at an Issue Price of 1.65 pence per New Ordinary share. | ts0mev
18/3/2020 15:31 | The new share allocation, are priced at 0165p and not as some muppets think, 1.65, according to my notice of my share allocation | jodrell13
18/3/2020 12:48 | Begs the obvious question - if the price keeps bouncing around at 1p or less for the rest of the month, what will happen when the new company tries to release additional shares at 1.65p? Will Red's fund-raise come to nothing? Sorry, new here, trying to figure this out. | cuckoonest

18/3/2020 11:06 | 1937 lockdown will carry on throughout April. | ts0mev
18/3/2020 11:01 | 1938 agreed. why wait until 26 March when you could get them at half price now? | ts0mev
18/3/2020 10:50 | Fiscal expansionism has been a dead theory in the UK for the past 10 years. It has all been fiscal prudence... remember the 'there is no Plan B' b/s that Osborne and his acolytes spouted for years? The govt. response yesterday was unbelievable in its ideological stupidity. The govt. has said it will give capital owners (business / mortgage payers) payment holidays or loans. The reliance is on a defunct nonesense 'trickle down' effect with business using the money to carry on paying their workers and landlords giving renters an equivalent payment holiday to their mortgage holiday. This is not going to happen - businesses will do what they do. They will take the money and run. Does anyone think that McMoneybags and his mates would do anything other than take the money for themslevels? Of course not, they are selfish breadheads. | pdoc
18/3/2020 10:43 | Already had more than my 2 for 5 at about half the offer price | dr darkstar |
