24/9/2024 15:20 | Thanks Noirua. That will surely help. Are we no longer doing Manganese prices these days, and if not, why not? I just wish to clarify that when I first purchased shares here it was as an investment but will now declare that it was only option money. With nuance, in the privy, therein, in species and as cognisant law 101 at the outernational court of justice. | kemche
24/9/2024 15:10 | My estimate is one more bad commentary by the year end as a Christmas gift to all the loyal shareholders. RRR will always be in a good place. Price of gold anyone? | kemche
24/9/2024 13:20 | Spot on On Target. My question was the value of £250 k being nominal value or actual and you are correct. I was trying to multi task (always a mistake) and over thought it. Thank You. So - going on your 2,500,000,000 shares to be issued. Lets say they issue at 0.04pence (top end) - that gives £1,000,000 So - given the burn rate for RRR, plus the cost of buying out the Victoria partner (How much anyone?). How long does that give RRR before the need for more cash? - ANYONE? My assumption is that that DRC wont pay out before the cash runs out and something will have to be sold. DYOR etc etc of course. Interested in anyone's knowledge of Victoria costs and cash burn rates. | ih_417323
24/9/2024 12:19 | > I am unclear which value it is - Nominal or actual ? Anyone know? Yes, the big clue is in the words "aggregate nominal amount". That the new shares will be 1/3rd of the resulting total is another big clue. It means 2.5B shares at whatever price they get issued at. | on target
24/9/2024 11:37 | What part of imminent is difficult? | kemche
24/9/2024 11:35 | It may be a matter of opinion together with comments from RRR that misled investors into thinking the Arbitration would be concluded quickly. Did AB mislead himself in a hope and promise situation? Arbitrations took an average of 3 years and 2 months before the COVID-19 epidemic and that included some cases that were agreed upon before conclusion. The longest cases including Appeals after a Final Decision took 14 years and shortest 9 months. So if a decision is made in RRR's Arbitration an Appeal could be brought adding up to 12 more months. | noirua
24/9/2024 11:23 | "Re. 0.01 explanation from you and Theeeduke - I appreciate that re. potential 32% dilution - GM permission sought doesn't mean all potential capacity will be used - maybe, maybe not." When has the full capacity of the authority EVER been used fully in the last 21 years? NEVER that's when. A worthy acolyte to jlondon I think we can all agree. The land of the Cuckoo in the cloud. | kemche
24/9/2024 11:00 | . It appears from the Chairmans Letter that the DRC cash is 'expected' "Preparation for mining, the requirement to make a payment for buying out a minority partner in Australia, end-year accounting and audit costs, and other professional and operating expenses mean that we need to have, and to be able to show, a back up plan assuming possible delay to the expected receipt of any payments from the DRC. For this purpose, we need an additional share authority" We need to know a lot more on what is actually happening with the payments from the DRC. Why are we waiting, being the main question. What are the obstructions ? . | 1waving
24/9/2024 10:25 | "the preparation for the start of alluvial gold mining as an initial mining phase at one of the Company’s two licences in Burkina Faso." Preparation for the start is well under way. After the initial phase we will progress onto the later stages. The start will be followed by the setting up of equipment. Once that is prepared then we will test the equipment. Once the equipent has been verified as operational then the ground will be thoroughly prepared for inspection. A meeting with beer was recently concluded. "We also have plans to progress activity at our gold licences in Ivory Coast" The plans have ALREADY been drawn up. They will then need to be carefully drafted and subject to a rigorous SWOT analysis. Once they have been tested robustly then we can move onto the early planning stage. Only at its conclusion can the work of late planning commence. We will then drive to Yorkshire to source the necessary equipment and we will ensure that all relevant photographs of our journey are tweeted. We will then issue another RNS to say that the equipment has been loaded onto cargo ships en-route to Ivory Coast. But please do be aware that that due to the hazardous nature of the journey, and the wild seas, the equipment may take between 5 to 10 years to arrive. But all of this frantic work does not come cheap and therefore, naturally, as always, as night follows day, and for the 21st year in a row: "Preparation for mining, the requirement to make a payment for buying out a minority partner in Australia, end-year accounting and audit costs, and other professional and operating expenses mean that we need to have, and to be able to show, a back up plan assuming possible delay to the expected receipt of any payments from the DRC. For this purpose, we need an additional share authority." So please dig deep and contribute generously. But you just wait until next year Rodney. GLA LTHers! | kemche

24/9/2024 10:00 | 1waving24 Sep '24 - 10:09 - 18814 of 18815 Here you go I found it on the "othersides" forum as couldn't see it buried anywhere on the link provided in the RNS. More dilution by the looks of things. | digger2779
24/9/2024 09:09 | We desperately need the price of gold. Or at least a link. | kemche
24/9/2024 09:09 | . " A copy of the Notice of GM, the Form of Proxy and the Chairman's Letter are available on the Company's website at www.rrrplc.com " Gone to rrrplc > Investors > Shareholder Information > AGM's and General meetings, can't find the Form of Proxy or the Chairman's Letter there or anywhere else on the website. Anyone got a link ?? . | 1waving

23/9/2024 17:31 | Ettie's appearance here has ALWAYS been a precursor to bad commentary. Will he be appearing virtually from BF or DRC? | kemche
23/9/2024 17:28 | The GM is to dispel the bad commentary. I am convinced of that. | kemche
23/9/2024 17:09 | I'm picking up speed one finger left hand typing. Somehow my left hand, on its own, does not know which key is which. RRR's meeting on the 10th next looks like a foregone conclusion. Something must be going on behind the scenes on the cash front. If not Red Rock will have zero cash by mid-November. | noirua

23/9/2024 13:42 | Ettie, are you still lawyered up or have you dispensed with their services? Welcome back Noirua - hope your finger has recovered. | kemche |
