RRR should issue an RNS regarding the AGM in the next few trading days. 20 or 21 days notice should be given. Left very late this year as it has never been later than March in recent years. Mr Andrew Bell is up for reelection as Chairman and CEO.
The Half Year Result was out last year on March 31.

DRC
On 5th February 2024 Red Rock noted that a finalisation of the arbitration award in relation to the Company's claim for its share of the sale proceeds of a joint venture asset awaited signature and release. Following a period where Presidential elections and the formation of a new administration caused a pause in this and many other matters, we looked to an early resolution, but said that we would keep the market updated on progress, as we have done at monthly or more frequent intervals.
Our understanding has not changed, and as we believe that there is now a consensus in relation to our position, we expect this to now be resolved, irrespective of any third party matters, within a short timeframe. Recent intensive and direct discussions with the former JV partners mean that we may be able to approach the arbitrator with an agreed position.

We have had to wait for the result of our arbitration in the DRC but are now told we are about to receive an invitation to a concluding meeting. We are also invited to the DRC for meetings with Governmental parties on another matter and have been approached by a European private sector party about partnership in their project in the DRC which at first glance looks highly prospective.

Over the Christmas and New Year period Red Rock representatives met with various parties in Kinshasa in connection with the pending Arbitration result and to advance the framework agreement with Koto DRC SARL.
In relation to the former, Red Rock has received an official invitation from the Cabinet du Chef d'Etat, which conducted the Arbitration, to a working meeting of the parties next Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, at the Palais de la Nation, with the intention that the matter be concluded and payments arranged.
