on forced selling as shareholders look to sell profitable assets - Red Rock is safe in that respect.

The great Lenigas now concentrates on Bitcoin and has forgotten poor old Red Rock. Mind you even

The police came around knocking on the door this morning to investigate a serious complaint against me. They have informed me that a complaint has been lodged against me for hurty words in contravention of section 116.3 of the criminal justice act 2023. I have also been charged for blasphemy even though I explained that I had merely complemented the wife that the halibut was good enough for Jehovah. They said that Ritalim Man was a deeply religious man and such words had done untold damage to his mental health. They copped a deaf'un when I informed them that his condition was a pre-existing one and I had f'all to do with it.

They have taken away all the electronic devices for evidence, traumatised the wife, the kids and the dog. I was told I could be looking at 10 to 15 in the slammer. I have also been instructed not to be anywhere near 1000 feet of him.

I have been further advised that I am no longer to judge Ettie by his exports, mention Shyte Creek, Sweet factory, Cloud computing, Greenland, Steelmin, Lithium, Chinese New Year, Dubai, 5 Chinese buyers, fundraisings, bad commentary, Burkina Faso, DRC, Kenya, Zimbabwe, guards, sick employees, Cyprus, imminent, Amulet, Luanshimba or forward buying.

So thanks for that snitch.

The amended GM Resolution which decreases the amount of shares that can be raised to 'NOMINAL AMOUNT OF 100000GBP ' from ' nominal value of £250,000. ' reduces the number of shares that can be raised from 2.5 Billion, down to 1 Billion.

An improvement.

The Resolution change appears to be in resolution 1.
Initially Resolution 1 stated " To authorise the Directors to allot equity securities up to a maximum aggregate nominal value of £250,000. "

The number has changed from £250,000 to £100,000

What is going on ???

I voted through H-L who put me through to a link where I voted quite easily.

I voted NO to both Resolutions.

Only 5,058,782,486 ordinary shares in issue. Once they are gone they are gone.
