Affe, could the equipment destined for Burkina Faso have been routed via Cyprus? If so then I have an idea where it is. It is in the same place as Amulet.

Re. 13:68: The discombobulation of the fact is negated by the obverse supposition in the unorthodox conclusion which surmised the former disposition.

Why do people, who obviously have difficulty finding their way around a sentence, feel the need to impress others with barely decipherable prolixity, which only ends up revealing their shortcomings and utter stupidity?

Such an effort would make jlondon feel proud.

If RRR have no money - what agreement has been entered into with the outfit proposed mining BF? How are they being paid? Are they being paid?

What kit, exactly, was procured and sent and en-route to BF 'months ago'???????? Did someone mention European-sourced rock trucks, a wash plant etc? (Pls correct me if i'm wrong) So why are the new outfit having to source equipment? What equipment?

Assuming, of course, that this was factually correct at time of issue, what happened to this aforementioned kit? Is it still en route? Has it Arrived? Have they been flogged off to keep the company lights on? If not - where is it? What is it? Trouble is - who knows - I don't.

Very similar to the Lithium that was 'en-route' - what the hell happened to that? Did I miss something announcing it's location and fate?

A vacuum of information about these 'en-route' items means it is a bit like Schrödinger's cat - it exists in all states simultaneously unless observed. Maybe it's been abducted by aliens. Perhaps it disappeared ala 'Bermuda Triangle', perhaps it always existed in an alternative universe ........... Quantum Equipment and Lithium. Now there's an interesting idea - why don't we mine that?

For a company that suffers from trust issues amongst the PI community - one would think they'd be trying to keep PI's informed and engaged. Rather than making statements and then leaving them hanging. This only leads to assumptions, questions and .... a loss of trust.

Any answers to above mystery items - please do share.

My UKOG profits are about £56k so I'm happy with that.

It is only a loss if you sell - never forget that. Otherwise you are simply temporarily underwater.

My loss on Red Rock at bid 0.035p is about £26K and the only reason I remain quite jolly is my
profit on ASX: WC8 was 3.6 times that. Power Metal is in a good place and looks a longterm hold.

I shall soon be transferring my UKOG profits here too.

I do not think Messrs Bolitho, Topham, and Black know any more than CEO Bell. That may be
the problem here. I suspect Messrs Borelli and Quinn are in the same boat searching for the Bung.

I think we can all agree that the major shareholders, having seen the prospects that await them, will be willing to pony up at a premium which, coincidentally, will also decrease their b/e averages! So a win-win there. Then we will know the answer to the question " What does Bolitho/Black/Topham know that others don't?".

And that is why RRR continues to be in a very good place.

We also have the gold price and neighbours.

One feels AB has done the rounds of key investors in Red Rock and would have indoctrinated their
minds if they had not done so themselves of the back it or lose the lot situation out there around Ballarat.

Mr Bell has not put his hand in his pocket for years. She who holds the purse strings watching every move.

I'm not over-bothered by the RRAL situation as my holding in Power Metal exceeds that of Red Rock
due to the monumental dilution of RRR shares to just a little short of ZERO.

I firmly believe there would be a bid for Red Rock Resources IF the CEO departs at Thursday's
General meeting.

Like many one would wish to follow directors buying shares. My thoughts for the future is
for Red Rock to become an Investment Company buying principally the shares of Berkshire
Hathaway and similar outfits. Of course, retaining royalties and selling other assets in
exchange for royalties and cash.

Will you be averaging down at the forthcoming bad commentary? Or the one after that?

kemche, I have a feeling in my waters that I will win the Euro Lottery on Friday though it
costs £2-50. At that stage, I will bid 0.25p a share for Red Rock. So now may well be the
time to average down big time.
This message also goes out to Messrs Black, Bolitho, Topham, Uncle Tom Cobbly and all.

The update was entertaining.

What ‘FACT’ was there in that?

1 - we have to pay for Aussie gold in the next 60 days or else…

2 We’re skint

The rest is a discussion about the possible and theoretical and nothing more.

One interesting point - if we’ve hired an outfit to mine BF for us…. And they are sourcing plant. What happened to the kit we already sent over months ago and was ‘in route’?

Sudden amazing opportunities with the DRC government… is this perhaps a precondition of getting a favourable outcome in the case of the missing millions? Who exactly will benefit from this opportunities? Who knows……

I smell the end game.

Highlights:
o Red Rock expects the most important near-term developments to be:
o Gold production in Burkina Faso
o Release of arbitration result in the Democratic Republic of Congo ("DRC")
o Further updates on New Ballarat Gold Corporation

So far, the market has ignored the Non RNS. It does not appear to be a believer.

However the Monkees and Neil Diamond are on side loving Mr Bell:

Power Metal shares have risen as Red Rock is bogged down in the...
AB could easily pay the £250,000 himself to Power Metal = WHY NOT?

If I were Chairman and CEO of Red Rock with all that has been said in today's RNS and
having first-hand knowledge I would have paid the £250,000 myself as a zero interest loan
to Red Rock and put off payment of my salary and expenses until the DRC cash arrives.
It is the HONOURABLE thing to do!

An honourable person is someone who believes in truth and doing the right thing —
and tries to live up to those high principles.

"we have been held back by a lack of the expected capital, as well as dealing with accumulated liabilities"

How truly shocking!

But otherwise it's all go. Equipment from Barnsley and Scotland en-route now. Usual slight delays but otherwise firing on all cylinders - as is the way with Ettie.

"As of today there has been no recovery by Red Rock and there is no certainty that there will be until documents are executed and released. Also, Red Rock will seek further advice on remedies that may be available through further actions, including in other jurisdictions."

Usual minor delays as is expected.

"The payment of £250,000 due under para 5(c) of the Heads of Terms as previously announced ("Terms") has not been made by Red Rock by 18 September 2024 as required, and therefore the provisions of para 6(b)(3) of the Terms apply, by which a 60 day cure period is allowed for the payment to be made, in default of which the vendor may reacquire its sold interest for $1 plus a Note for any cash consideration paid."

Usual minor delays as is expected.

"Red Rock's intention is to place equity sufficient to enable it to fulfil the payment within the cure period."

No one expected anything less.

"The Company has been engaging with brokers and listed companies in Australia to discuss possibilities for achieving a listing for the assets but has no binding commitments to report at this stage."

But no doubt there are still a number of NDAs in place because of Sunday Creek, Antimony and stuff.

"The consultant referred to in the announcement of 27th February 2024, whose brief report was announced on 29th April 2024, has been unable to provide equipment on site according to the original and revised timetables, and has continuing delays resulting principally from the length, cost and complexity of the bureaucratic procedures required for permitting the Indian workforce intended to operate the consultant's concentrators and equipment on site."

Of course.

"Red Rock has engaged lawyers to ensure the integrity of the process of licence renewal, which continues."

Good to know Ettie has lawyered up.

"Plans for an early listing have been dropped"

How shocking!

"Although there are signs of improvement in the lithium market, it is too early to recommence operations and therefore no production is expected until otherwise advised."

As long as the guards are being paid, our Lithium stock is in safe storage and the 5 Chinese buyers still ready then all is well.

"Soma Gold Corporation, the owner of the El Limon mine, has announced the intention to restart gold processing in this quarter."

As long as the intentions are there all is well.

As utterly believable as any RNS I have seen from Ettie. If not more so.

Thought for the day. President Putin to President Ibrahim Traore, Burkina Faso. I fully
understand why and Russia fully supports you in mining your own gold. As to removing
Nordgold (Russia) again, we support you. One respectfully asks however if your country
has an Iron Dome Defence system supported by the USA.

NikeAir - missing at 11:36.

Helpful - helpless.

Ettie - in BF, DRC. Cote D'ivoire, Zimbabwe, Scotland, Yorkshire, Australia, Kenya, Dubai, at the palace....

Leni - consulting on crypto.

Only one person providing deep analytical research now.

Some people can't even be bothered to play "what is it all about this week?".

It's as though no one is willing to lawyer up. All we can do is wait for the inevitable bad commentary.
