24/8/2024 12:36 | "Why? Do you not think the major shareholders who frankly have kept the company afloat for some time now might know more than most? I think they do" I agree. And they have done so for years now because they have known stuff. And it has stood them in good stead. Where do they find them? | kemche
23/8/2024 15:37 | At least the gold price is recovering well. Conversations as to how much it is helped by the weak US Dollar are of interest. Many gold miners have interests outside the US so it is questionable whether it helps them or not - the reason some have not moved up much. The last post shows the RRR and POW agreement but I suspect one has worked that out. Having read it 5 times it is suitably written to confuse the investor and the enemy. ----- deleted ----- Good luck once again. | noirua
23/8/2024 11:41 | AB has gone from imminent to non-committal - a wise move. Additional HoT terms The Heads of Terms HoT contains additional terms including, inter alia: - POW will retain its existing Gross Production Royalty ("GPR") of 0.75% over the footprint covered by RRAL exploration interests. - RRR will ensure key licence retention and specifically those licences containing the Ajax and Berringa mines. - POW will retain the right to purchase any individual exploration licences that are to be surrendered by RRAL or where expenditure commitments will not be satisfied and a reduced expenditure has not been agreed, for consideration of A$1 per licence. - From the date of the Agreement until Completion or the Long Stop Date, whichever shall be sooner, POW and RRR commit to contribute A$20,000 per month towards the costs of RRAL, with any further costs to that date being met by RRR. - RRR has committed that no significant exploration interests of, or controlling interest in, NBGC/RRAL may be transferred out, or disposed of, or agreed to be so transferred or disposed by NBGC/RRAL, to another party without an opportunity being given to POW to match the terms offered by such other party; and - Should RRR dispose in whole or part of any of the Interests within 12 months of the HoT, 15% of disposal proceeds after agreed costs will be payable to POW, or 5% in months 13-24 (the "Disposal Premium"). (Note: any amount payable under the Disposal Premium is capped such that the total aggregate Consideration for the Transaction shall not exceed 74.9% of Power Metal's market capitalisation as of the date of the Agreement, using the mid-market closing price of Power Metal ordinary shares on the trading day immediately before the date of the HoT). - POW retains certain buyback rights in respect of its 49.9% holding in the event of a payment default by RRR exceeding 60 days from the due date, save as caused by force majeure. - POW holds a separate convertible loan note which together with interest and charges amounts to £94,400 of which £50,000 is payable in cash upon Completion and the remaining £44,400 is payable in cash two months after Completion, as part of the HoT. | noirua
23/8/2024 11:26 | If the 'offer' was at all material or sufficient to pay its obligations to POW, then why doesn't the RNS say anything about it (at all)? Bell would be shouting about it from the rooftops rather than a one-line comment in passing. | on target
23/8/2024 11:05 | Seriously now folks the market cap is under £2 million and the sale of RRAL will see the agreement with Power Metal concluded. Also the CLN situation should end in, November. Royalties from Soma Gold will cover all costs for 2025/2026. As to the DRC $7.5m to $12.05m and costs we can live in hope. The share price is a tad low with all this in the wings and ELEP possibilities. A share price of 0.075p looks in order. Should you buy loads of shares? The great Lenigas at David Lenigas on X will tell yee no doubt. | noirua
23/8/2024 10:00 | "BB -Lack of confidence - far from it!" Ajaye knows! | kemche
23/8/2024 09:57 | And what an 'operational and financial update' it was too. I particularly liked the explicit commentary on the "$2.88 million arriving in royalties during 2025 and 2026" which was so clearly there and not made up at all. Everyone can find it. Why would I dupe anyone? | kemche
23/8/2024 09:53 | 16th Aug " We intend to report an operational and financial update covering developments in the Company's business in the coming days." . | 1waving
23/8/2024 09:51 | RRAL could easily be sold off as there are clearly no encumbrances or impediments in RRR doing so - unfettered by any pre-existing rights or liens. So that's another whoosh right there. | kemche
23/8/2024 09:41 | To interpret anything in today's announcement as as all but positive is mean spirited and churlish. Any sane reading of the RNS clearly demonstrates the unbridled positivity that it truly is. It plainly shows that the RRR coffers are brimming with cash and the notion of a requirement for yet more cash is not only fanciful but downright bad commentary. A marker in the sand has obviously been drawn and a potent notice communicated that the leopard is no longer spotty but has developed distinctive stripes reminiscent of a majestic tiger on the prowl for great commercial success. The 24 year drought of not a single drop of success ends today with a deluge of riches beyond the dreams of avarice showered upon Ettie finally drenching him in glory. The expectation of $2.88 million arriving in royalties during 2025 and 2026 will finally be expected. At long last. And that expectation will be different from all the earlier expectations that we expected. I continue to average down. GLA LTHers! | kemche
23/8/2024 09:21 | "extend the term and conversion rights of the Notes to 18 November 2024." So a 3 month grace then whoosh! Only 4,959,893,598 available - a smidge shy of 5 billion. When they are gone they are gone. Whoosh! 7 billion by year end??? "an offer has been received in respect of its interest in Red Rock Resources Australasia Ltd ("RRAL")." Sunday Creek could easily buy it for A$150 million and then whoosh! BF firing on all cylinders? DRC soon and then whoosh! In short it's end-to-end whooshing! GLA LTHers! RRR seems to be in a very good place and today's announcement has answered a lot of questions such that none are left. | kemche
23/8/2024 09:15 | Some may see today's RNS as negative though I believe it shows the company has at last succeeded in going one step to covering its present need for cash with the expectation of $2.88 million arriving in royalties during 2025 and 2026. Early posts elsewhere of a negative nature have got it wrong this time out - good luck. | noirua
23/8/2024 09:13 | and then we go after Glencore? | madmonkflin
23/8/2024 09:03 | The extension to November reference the CLNs looks to give time for any sale of RRAL. Any bid would include part of the sale proceeds going to Power Metal. Red Rock and Power Metal would likely want royalties set at around 3% for Gold and Copper. I guess that Red Rock should come away with about A$2 million £1,100,000 as a ballpark punt. Any offer might be partly shares in an Australian mining company and just maybe the great Lenigas is involved here - Tally-ho, old bean, wot wot? | noirua
23/8/2024 08:22 | RNS - 23 August 2024 Extension of Notes and Issue of Shares The Company announces, further to the announcement of 7 August 2023, that the Note holders have agreed to extend the term and conversion rights of the Notes to 18 November 2024. The total amount of Notes outstanding immediately following the term extension is £562,840, and accrued interest is £73,462. Each Note holder may either capitalise net interest to 19 August 2024 and add it to the principal amount of the Notes or settle such net interest by the issue of new Shares in the Company at 0.0475p per Share. As of 22 August 2024, the Company has been advised of Note holders requesting settlement by issue of 129,628,588 Shares in settlement of £68,403.69 of interest. The Company therefore announces the issue of 129,628,588 Shares at 0.0475p per Share. The Note conversion price is adjusted to 0.095p per Share, and the exercise price of the accompanying Warrants to 0.11875p per Share. An extension fee has been charged as follows: the Company will grant each Note holder new warrants with a three year life exercisable at 0.11875p per Share in the amount of the net rolled over amount including capitalised interest attributable to that Note holder. | noirua
23/8/2024 07:57 | RNS - 23 August 2024 Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests in gold and base metals, principally in Africa and Australia, announces an extension to the term of its 12% Convertible Notes ("Notes"), and that an offer has been received in respect of its interest in Red Rock Resources Australasia Ltd ("RRAL"). | noirua
21/8/2024 19:54 | "Now, that I have had my say to elucidate, I can take my leave." You bloody keep raising my hopes only for them to be dashed by your return. Stop toying with me! | kemche
21/8/2024 19:44 | "How does one have A$500m+ for Southern Cross Gold in Australia when it is still drilling and just raised A$10m to do so and it is not the 1st raise either. No JORC yet. How does one question GGP with 3 digit million mkt cap in £ with no gold production and only 30% of Havieron [£356m to be precise for GGP mkt cap today]. Or Solgold , mkt cap £294.41m? Or Seabridge Gold at mkt cap C$1.67 BILLION USD with no gold mined yet ? Or Nova Resources at C$2.09 BILLION with no gold mined yet and only owns some 49-50% with Barrick Gold the other partner? How?" I know the answer Miss! It's because they don't have an Ettie at the helm - "the man with the minus touch" as my pub friend has dubbed him. Who, if he "fell into a barrel of nipples would come out sucking his thumb". Whilst providence has shone on you, as you regale us with the fact everyday, in that you only need an 8 bagger to achieve a break even - spare a thought for the other poor saps who need a thousand bagger plus to achieve the same feat. I have noticed that your absences are ALWAYS mercilessly brief. | kemche
21/8/2024 15:45 | Lazing on my sunbed after a hard day checking on my Maize farm I can report to the board that there will be plentiful supplies of popping corn for all when this goes BOOOOOOOM | affemoose
21/8/2024 15:26 | deleted ---- RRR has a 'Directors not interested in buying more shares' sign firmly attached which has kept the shares on the floor. | noirua
21/8/2024 12:25 | Cash is no problem at all else why would they be in a very good place? Some people just trying to get in cheaper at the next fundraising. We desperately need some deep research from Miss Ritalin. | kemche
21/8/2024 09:15 | Deleted --- Nothing on RRR as the long wait continues. Cash must be a problem. | noirua
21/8/2024 07:03 | "Not posting anymore as said" Miss, You are a liar! | kemche
21/8/2024 07:00 | William Black also owns RDT. Lucky sod! | kemche |
