A further thought on AB's purchases and sales. The 15m shares are now in a capital gains tax-free pension plan. 25% can be removed up to age 75 tax-free at any time after age 55. Of course, the extra can be voted at the coming GM.

The GM is to be held at the Company's business address, We Work, 71-91 Aldwych House, London, WC2B 4HN on Monday 15 August 2022, at 2:00 pm.

kemche, as it has all been announced by RNS then directors are allowed to trade outside of a closed period. The Musonoi Area 1 Arbitration has been announced by RNS. In my gambling view RRR shares are worth 0.8p - 0.9p at this stage.

Not obscure at all. Ettie added a net 8.5m shares to his holding. £42,500 approx.

Noirua, If he knows "A deal could come at any time" then would that breach any laws that you know of? Or could he claim that he was not aware of the imminency?

Or could he be buying for another reason altogether?

It does look as if AB is putting his money where his mouth is. A deal could come at any time despite the Arbitration being signalled to go ahead.

I view it all as positive and continue to average down. Just as he has.

Gold prices reached the highest point since early July last week. Bullion rose 2.2% and continued to climb on Monday. Spot gold also climbed 0.4% to $1,772.11 an ounce in New York.


NBGC - This 50.1% asset of Red Rock should come out OK eventually. As to when to float is debatable indeed. Some may want to just grab the cash that might just give Red Rock £2 million or so in cash or shares now and maybe, just maybe, a lot more IF gold regains its earlier stance and average gold shares in the small and mid-cap range double in price or more - such is the sectors dilemma.

Have we got any dates for the arbitration? Will it be this century? How many more fundraisings will we need in the meantime?

Have to say I was most disappointed in the fact we appear to have been suckered into believing the result of Compensation was mostly sewn up and yet now it appears to be still hanging on a thread dependent on the whim of an arbitrator . I now fully understand the "Bell warnings" given by many on this and the lSE Thread and received my first disappointment since investing here. It may not be the last!

A guess really. The DRC outcome is likely to see RRR receive the $4.505 million awarded by the courts. Arbitration is likely to see the further $7.5m million due paid without any great problem as Kamoto is just waiting for certainty. A further sum of about $2 million may well be achieved. This would make $14.005 million £11.5 million in total.

The EOC value is uncertain but should add a further £500,000 in share value.

The $2.9 million in royalties remain delayed from Soma. The Mount Ida royalties are likely to arrive in about 5 years' time plus the $8 million.

RRR retain, I think, shares in Power Metal PLC. Juno Minerals Limited and some Jupiter Mines Limited.

I retain my personal valuation of Red Rock at this stage at 0.8p - 0.9p.

Many posts here are unduly pessimistic in my view. Some are taking advantage of this buying opportunity.

The announcement today concerning Musonoi Area One is now in the header under DRC in blue. This changed little as we know already the matter is in Arbitration now. It does point to an earlier decision than previously expected when Arbitration was announced recently.

I expect the share price to settle down as some realise the RNS was slightly positive on DRC and EOC.
