Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests gold and base metals, principally in Africa and Australia, announces that it has issued GBP623,000 of Convertible Notes ("Notes") with accompanying Warrants ("Warrants") to high net worth investors.

The plain fact is that the major shareholders in Red Rock appear to be supporting Mr Bell financially until liquidity events occur, it is very clear they do not want their holdings diluted hence no placings.

It is interesting to note that a certain Mr Lundy is listed as a major shareholder in Elephant Oil having around 750,000 shares which could be worth $3.75m, Mr Lundy is one of RRR's larger shareholders as is Mr Topham who personally holds 17%.

My understanding is the major shareholders expect results, as such the long established status quo of material underperformance will no longer be accepted by them.

Mr Bell has recently upped is stake in Red Rock, it is getting interesting, failure will no longer be accepted.

I will attempt to work out how much cash is in the bank at present and when cash will run out. It was relatively easy at Power Metal though Red Rock is a far different matter with a conundrum and paradox to consider. Back fairly soon.

With Matt Lofgran at the helm at Elephant I am expecting a scramble for stock at the opening and a possible close of $10 on the day. Further buying could easily see $50.

Therefore 397,873 shares at $50 = $19,893,650. Add in the possible $200m from DRC and $400m from Zimbabwe and I can see RIO/BHP knocking on the door. Could RRR take them over?

The Power Metal share price has moved up far quicker than I thought so I hope no one gets caught out.
It is difficult to be certain at Red Rock as to how many shares in Power Metal still remain.

From the above, we can't get carried away as we do not know what price the underwriters will agree to.

Elephant Oil Corporation to IPO in the short term - present holding 4% - 397,873 shares.

Therefore 397,873 shares at $4.65 = $1,850,109.
On floating there is also no way of knowing where the share price will go.

So the news is quite good and adds to Musonoi. On the other hand it could flop such are markets these days.

Comment: At least something is happening that's in the plus camp.

Doubt existing holders get warrants. Also you would expect ipo to be perhaps a few percent below market value not 60% dyor
