27/9/2022 10:50 | "If" - such a minuscule word yet..... | kemche
27/9/2022 10:36 | Thought for the day: If the GB£ reaches par to the US$ then the $12.5m to $15m hoped for by himself and others will be £12.5m to £15m - happy days. If Red Rock says they have received all the money now nestling in their bank account then certain posters will be recovering from the shock. If Red Rock returns £6 million to shareholders by giving them 0.5p a share some may even... | noirua
27/9/2022 00:19 | It is not wise to guess when a final Arbitration decision is to be announced. One I guessed at occasionally was White Energy Ltd., v TB Bayan TBK. The dispute started in November 2011. The matter is still in Arbitration in Singapore awaiting the result of an appeal - the Appeal was lodged last January. Hopefully, RRR's Arbitration will not last that long as we would still be awaiting an Appeal Result in 2033. Shorting GB£: | noirua
26/9/2022 21:04 | "when and if made" Caveats aplenty a la Ettie. | kemche
26/9/2022 17:59 | Recent Developments in OHADA Arbitration The Association for the Promotion of Arbitration in Africa Red Rock 5 August 2022: "The arbitral award, when and if made, and we hope it may be soon, will not now reflect a consensus arising from the negotiation of the parties, but the decision of the arbitrators. As we await it, we must consider a range of possible outcomes, and uncertainties of timing, but continue to press for a just solution which includes a resolution of the earlier court proceedings". | noirua

23/9/2022 12:53 | The tree shakes today are very good indeed and maybe a few good apples have also been dislodged as well but that's how it goes. No doubt RRR directors are hoping that Power Metal comes up trumps at Molopo Farms in its present drilling campaign for principally nickel but hopefully gold as well. | noirua
23/9/2022 12:09 | The £ later down 3.2% against the US$. Red Rock's currency gain on hoped-for sums from DRC has added £360,000 and the EOC hoped-for values have increased by £53,000. updated 4:15pm. | noirua
23/9/2022 11:08 | Classic treeshake to let more HNW individuals in. | kemche
23/9/2022 10:52 | Today's budget is a gamble that should see the £ declining which is good for RRR assets if not costs paid for in weak pathetic sterling. So maybe AB and Co's gamble is no worse than that and indicates both the UK government and Red Rock's directors are on the same punting page. However, it seems some investors are finding this too rough a ride and have fallen off or over the gambit. Panic thee not guys as even though Red Rock is short of readies there be many a dollar in that their bush getting riper and bigger by the day. Take a deep breath and hold on. | noirua
23/9/2022 10:24 | I will increase my holdings next month. | kemche
23/9/2022 10:01 | I've increased my holding to just under 8.77m. I've no idea if the selling will stop at this point. The gamble on EOC and the likely sum from the DRC Arbitration have continued to increase as speculators short the £ against the $. The gamble looks OK. The situation in Ukraine much depends on China and India as they see their overseas trading with Europe and America in peril. | noirua
22/9/2022 16:51 | We are in a 'so what' and 'couldn't care less' marketplace. So good news just fades away as if it isn't there anymore. Buying a promising tenement is slightly negative as it means costs. The mining sector may keep this up in an effort to bust companies and investors who put too much in. The sun will rise again one day hence. In time for new investors to pile their money in for the next 'Hope and glory' episode. That might start tomorrow or up to 5 years hence. | noirua
22/9/2022 16:39 | A$20,000 This is easily worth £400m to RRR. Whoosh! | kemche
22/9/2022 16:21 | RNS out. New gold mine purchase. | captain_kurt
22/9/2022 15:04 | Fortunately, The Bank of England chickened out on raising interest rates to 3%. So after a small rise, the downward trend should continue to $1.10 - thank goodness. Fortunately again, Liz Truss and Co have given tax promises and spending loads of cash that might even send the £ back to par with the dollar. Mostly if not all to Red Rock's advantage even though its skipper is often seen waffling at the wheel. | noirua |
