21/9/2022 17:26 | RNS out - another flipping placing at 0.4p, 40m shares to raise £160k before expenses.Andrew Bell - you're running out of chances..... you're an expert at promising things but NEVER deliver. | failedqs
21/9/2022 17:22 | It is about time Red Rock Resources PLC made certain that their website is up to date. It is misleading and may be contrary to LSE requirements and all the ultimate responsibility of Chairman Andrew Bell. Noting this link: That shows RRR to have a 0.95% interest in Jupiter Mines and in receipt of a A$600,000 dividend in 2019. Also a 6.89% interest in African Battery Metals ABM and expecting royalty payments of $250,000 per annum. The information is false on two counts and very unlikely as far as the royalties are concerned, and though mentioning a $600,000 dividend being in 2019 the 0.95% shareholding leads to expectations of more of these dividends. Such statements could lead an investor to buy shares in Red Rock due to misleading information. | noirua
21/9/2022 10:58 | All the sells are clearly buys. No stock available prior to the imminency. Podcast tomorrow? It's all about Zimbabwe now. | kemche
20/9/2022 16:55 | Indeed it does. It has now become a folkloric Riddle. "When is an Imminency not an Imminency?" The answer would be something along the lines of: "When it's an Andrew Bell Whoosh". | algernon2

16/9/2022 16:08 | Weekend reading: Gold Gold in quartz galena and sphalerite from Red Hill Reef, Eaglehawk, Bendigo, Victoria (Scale: 9 cm) Gold in quartz galena and sphalerite from Red Hill Reef, Eaglehawk, Bendigo, Victoria (Scale: 9 cm) Victoria is a world-renowned gold province with a variety of deposit styles and world-class pre-competitive geoscientific data and knowledge to improve targeting and reduce mineral exploration risk. The world-class central Victoria gold province has produced >2,500 tonnes (~80 million ounces) of gold. Most deposits are classified as orogenic gold deposits that formed during regional deformation and metamorphism in the Late Ordovician to Silurian or in the Late Devonian. Current production Gold production and exploration expenditure remain buoyant. Production in Victoria is currently in the order of approximately 650,000 ounces of gold per annum, coming mainly from the world-class Fosterville deposit, Ballarat, Costerfield and Stawell. Eagle ore body, drill hole from Fosterville Fosterville: Lower Phoenix Fault - Eagle ore body, drill hole UDH1501: 12.5m @ 500.7 g/t Au (4.5m ETW) Victoria has thirteen goldfields that have each produced more than one million ounces (Moz) of gold. Bendigo (22 Moz) is the largest goldfield, followed by Ballarat, Castlemaine, Stawell and Woods Point-Walhalla with a growing production profile and resource base at Fosterville. Many Victorian goldfields offer opportunities for new discoveries through the application of modern geoscience knowledge and minerals exploration techniques and technology. | noirua
16/9/2022 08:40 | It's all about Mt Mason now. Expect a couple of podcasts next week. | kemche
16/9/2022 08:20 | The GB£ continues to plummet due to what is seen as the rudderless pathetic UK and Europe. Continues to hopefully advantage Red Rock on any US$ payments - $1.10 to £1 gets even closer. This also increases the value of the Elephant Oil IPO and NBGC's eventual IPO. Also the value of eventual El Limon royalties and Mount IDA royalties. | noirua
15/9/2022 23:30 | MOUNT MASON PROJECT DEVELOPMENT UPDATE ASX / MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT 16 SEPTEMBER 2022 Juno Minerals Limited The above moves the Mount Mason project nearer to production. This does put Mount Ida back in play in not that many years' time giving Red Rock's Royalties some value at this point. b). Mount Ida Royalty: Red Rock holds a 0.75% Gross Revenue Iron Ore Royalty (GRR) over Mt Ida, and a further 0.45% GRR over Mt Ida which transfers in two tranches to Anglo Pacific Group plc for consideration of USD8,000,000 upon the reaching of certain development milestones. The Central Yilgarn Iron Ore Project consists of (a) the Mt Ida magnetite deposit, where a 1.23 bn ton JORC compliant Indicated Resource of 29.79% Fe in its Central Zone, capable of beneficiation to a 66.65% concentrate, and a JORC compliant Inferred Resource of 615m tons at 28.86% in the Northern and Southern Zones, was announced by Jupiter on 8 January 2013. | noirua
14/9/2022 16:14 | The reason I understand VUP SA did not agree on the deal via Gecamines is that after costs etc., they would not receive much. The court award plus costs and compensation to RRR are $2.5m plus $2.05m = $4.505m. The remaining sum is $15m - so RRR is entitled to $7.6m plus costs and compensation. It is easy to see that VUP would have far less than $10m at the end of this and 'much' far less than the $20 million they hoped to get away with - end. | noirua
14/9/2022 13:59 | Buying at 5.4p to 5.7p looks OK compared to the cash raising via CLNs at 6p not long ago. 5.7p if you pay 40% tax and 5.4p if you pay nowt - this allows for the interest paid to possible conversion. | noirua
14/9/2022 12:13 | Because of the Australian currency AUD against the United States USD it's all about NBGC now. No stock available. All sold out pending the imminency and the "once and for all". | kemche
14/9/2022 10:39 | The fall in the Australian currency AUD against the United States USD means it almost stands at AUD1.5 to USD1. The Australian price for Gold Au stands fairly close to its all-time high point. Australian Gold Chart: $2,788.77/oz 20 per ounce. And with the anaemic Australian dollar to US dollar exchange rate, means that the Australian price for gold has surged to an all-time high of $2,788.77/oz. 25 Mar 2020 | noirua

13/9/2022 09:36 | I take it imminentier means standing there all-powerful but for how long though? Dispute Resolution Procedures in DRC usually take 60 days. I do not know the actual starting date though. I can find no information about verbal notifications from any source. If the dispute was enrolled for Conciliation only and remains unresolved, the Applicant must formally request the DRC to arbitrate. This can be done by serving a copy of the Request for Arbitration Form to the other party and the DRC. The DRC will enroll the dispute for Arbitration at a venue closest to the parties. A DRC arbitration award is final and binding and can be enforced. | noirua

Ø Results from a further 378 samples from 3 hole programme at Bilbale Artisanal Area target are awaited Ø Ground geophysics will now be carried out and will be followed by further drill testing in a later programme ------------- There is some promise in the early stage air core drilling samples and one result is open at depth showing some hope for gold bearing structures being found in future diamond drilling. Comment on the other 2 holes missing the target at this stage are fair. AB looks rather happy as the results are far better than Kenya, probably more relieved than anything else - jolly fine show. The Bilbale Artisanal Area 3 drilling results are awaited with interest. | noirua
