15/8/2022 17:06 | Elephant oil IPO in black and white. Closing August hxxps://www.sec.gov/ | captain_kurt
15/8/2022 17:06 | It seems the Elephant Oil IPO in the US is on with a initial price range of $4.15c to $5.15c per share, there will only be circa 15m shares in issue on listing. Most interesting is there will be a 1 for 1 warrant with a 5 year life priced at $5.81c, this means that existing holders could sell their stake and still retain a significant interest in EO, if a oil discovery was made these warrants could be very lucrative indeed. Based on the RNS dated 5th August Red Rock hold circa 398,000 shares in EO, at mid IPO price would value their stake at $1.85m, at current exchange rates £1.5m. Mr Bell has previously stated he felt there could be significant interest post IPO, if so that £1.5m value could propel upwards quickly. | mininglamp
15/8/2022 16:27 | Elephant Oil proceeds should easily be 5 to 10 million - after the obligatory lock in period. Then whoosh! No stock available anywhere. | kemche
15/8/2022 15:52 | Looks like the elephant IPO is finally happening | captain_kurt
15/8/2022 15:36 | Quite a lot of buying in the last few days. Maybe some late buys after the meeting. Hopefully the 0.8p - 0.9p level is not far away. | noirua
15/8/2022 10:05 | Hard to buy anything in size under 0.55/0.6 | mrmark1
15/8/2022 09:50 | No stock available prior to the GM - all sold out. Reveal of the much awaited translation? News about Shyte Creek? Once and for all. | kemche
15/8/2022 09:30 | The GM is to be held at the Company's business address, We Work, 71-91 Aldwych House, London, WC2B 4HN on Monday 15 August 2022, at 2:00 pm. | noirua
14/8/2022 23:22 | Could this week be the announcement of the much awaited French translation? The imminency could be here. For once and for all. | kemche
14/8/2022 22:59 | PJL4 - I think you are referring to UXA Resources. If so the company is dormant as it holds Uranium Tenements that are not viable. We are off topic so best go to the appropriate web page. | noirua
14/8/2022 22:43 | Noirua - I still have the shares - worthless, lol. think my nickname was Peterz. Did we get any money from the Felix take over? I live in hope. | pjl4
13/8/2022 15:14 | IF RRR had the same move as Amazon then the price would be £1,898 per share. So there is that. | kemche
13/8/2022 14:20 | Just for fun! Red Rock has a market cap of £5.81 million A$10 million - the same as Auiron Energy in 2003. A similar move by Red Rock from its low point of 0.18p would take the shares to 12p - 19p. Red Rock has had a lot of placings. Auiron/ Felix had just one rights issue from 2003 until 2008 - however, they did have a merger with White Mining Limited in 2004. Also, AMCI bought RMMs holding during 2007. | noirua
12/8/2022 22:59 | I see, further back than I was thinking. Auiron Energy changed its name in 2004 to Felix Resources. A 67 bagger in 2008 during the coal mining boom - as the shares fell to 1.25p in London some see it as a 110 bagger. Since taken over by Yanzhou Coal of China in 2009. Once a market cap of A$10 million in 2003 and A$4.3 billion in 2008 - hopefully Red Rock can do the same. Probably a hope too far. | noirua
12/8/2022 22:35 | Or did we share interest in Airon - not right spelling, it may have gone bust and White energy. We certainly have had some BB conversations. My name may have changed slightly. | pjl4
12/8/2022 22:12 | PJL4, I can't remember you ever posting on RRR threads before. Anyway, I hope the shares recover. Information currently is in the header - good luck | noirua
12/8/2022 18:13 | Have not been on this site for many many years....still holding because not worth selling. This and the other share!! Whats happening Noirua - great you are still around. | pjl4
12/8/2022 11:46 | Mr Bell will be taking part in a Q&A session and commenting on the company on the 23rd August, maybe some news in between. | mininglamp
12/8/2022 11:45 | Copper price rebounds as US dollar weakens 12 August 2022 www.australianresour | noirua
12/8/2022 11:30 | Sterling is starting to reverse after a recovery, of sorts, lately. Whatever the eventual value of NBGC and Musonoi, DRC receipts, will be worth more back home. So hopefully we'll see US$1.10 to GB£1 not too far downstream. Let us hope that midstream brings home the bacon and no one is telling porkies. | noirua
11/8/2022 10:15 | These are hugely commercial grades. Expecting a Chinese JV shortly. Whilst we wait for the translation. Whoosh! | kemche
11/8/2022 09:12 | Andrew_Bell2019 @ABell2019 As far as I can see Odinga has won the Kenyan Presidency. With nearly 10m votes counted, Ruto would need a near 10% lead in the remaining votes to win: and the % gap in vote has been 2% or 3% either way so far during the count, so that seems a very low probability 1:26 AM · Aug 11, 2022·Twitter Web App KENYA Mikei Shear Zone Resource and Macalder Tailings - Migori Greenstone Gold Belt Mid Migori Mining Limited, 100% On 22 February 2021, the Company announced the completion of a mineral resource and reported it as a Mineral Resource. 10/8/2022 12:01 | "VUP S A it seems is the problem." I suspect the problem to be nearer to home. As it has been for nigh on 18 years now. | kemche
10/8/2022 11:58 | AB's share manoeuvres look like a straightforward case of avoiding capital gains tax and booking losses to be held against future anticipated gains once the Arbitration is concluded or agreement is reached before the conclusion. Glencore's subsidiary is just holding off, it would seem until an Arbitration decision is reached to avoid any likely further legal moves later. VUP S A it seems is the problem. | noirua |
