Just had a quote to sell 2.5 million @1.511 which would show as a buy.
Singer is really wanting shares at current price

I decided to contact the company and received a swift reply. They are hoping to post results next week. They are taking longer than normal due to increase in checks and balances and the incorporation of ladders free. They will announce the exact day in a day or so. Nice to see a 1 million buy .

Just did a test quote to sell my entire holding, well in to 7 digits and I was quoted 1.1p
Then tried a test purchase, and maximum of 500k @1.2p

Mm desperate to get shares at current price.
I see that as promising for shareholders!

2021 announced 26th January
2020 announced 30th January
2019 15th February
2018 27th March

Results are for the period up to 30th September so don't they have up to the end of March to publish results?

From the last company update:

React "is pleased to announce a further update since our Trading Update of 26 October 2022 in which we reported very positive performance for the year ended 30 September 2022 ("FY22") and a strong start to the current financial year ("FY23")."

Yahoo, as with lots of other “financialR21; data sites is no substitute for an RNS or official announcement.

Loads of these sites input the equivalent of a Chinese Whisper from various generic feeds. The worst ones just make up rubbish to get clicks.

They're not "late" as there's been no formal date for the results announced yet. Yahoo are only saying it's today since the results were announced on the 31st last year, so that's meaningless.

Obviously the results will be later than last year if they're not out today, but given the need to integrate LaddersFree into the numbers this is hardly a surprise since it was such a large transaction.

Last year they pre announced a week before the results landed, so I guess anytime towards the end of next week if we get an RNS soon!!

Maybe it will struggle to go much above 1.2p bid without news. But wasn't it you Onehanded that was posting about a large contract about to be announced. I note this has been unsubstantiated. Also results are due soon.

Not entirely sure why Jason Korinek and Justin Korinek would want to sell their shares. £4.65m cash was payable on completion.

Anyhow as Tommygun21 alluded to buyers are most likely going to be found if there was a sale.

" £4.65 million in cash ("Initial Cash Consideration") payable on completion of the Acquisition ("Completion"), subject to any adjustment on preparation of completion accounts;

£1.0 million through the issue of 83,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the capital of the Company ("Consideration Shares") on Completion to Jason Korinek and Justin Korinek (the "Founders") at an issue price of 1.2 pence per Consideration Share. I think this will struggle to see much above 1.2p to sell for a while, as the 41 million share are free to sell and in the present climate profit is nearly always taken BUT may see a buyer step in and take a good %. Watching....

Laddersfree 6 month lock up period expires this week. 41.5m shares free to trade if the guys want to sell. Just a thought to bear in mind. Would be amazing if we had buyers to bid them for the lot.

If you look on Trustpilot you'll see LaddersFree have a 100% positive feedback from clients. Rave reviews which bode well for React getting more work. Remember this share reached 3.5p a share when it was just React ... we have added Fidelis and LaddersFree and the share is currently 2/3rd off its high. Plenty of upside in my opinion.

Nice pick up in Volume and Sp, last years results were released at the end of Jan 2022, think this year with all things considered, the results will be released earlier, in the next few days/week..

I will be staying in longer than that vikingben. The full year results are pretty much known and they wont be giving us much in the presentation as they didn't last year as its price sensitive if they do. I think we are on the start of a much more positive year here. We might even get some new contract news before the end of the month. Once these get onto people's radar then the shareprice should be much healthier hopefully.

Think there will be some late very large buy trades to be showed later today or tomorrow??
Good luck React shareholders, hang on until at least after the full year and presentation!

looks like we are breaking into a new and much more positive trend on the shareprice charts :)
