Yes it is the offices of Fidelis which appears to be considerably larger than their current location and Birmingham being more central than Derby. Positive move in my opinion.

Does anyone know if this is the Fidelis offices that the company has now as its registered office? Just wondering the logic about moving, is it to expand or a smaller owned space?

I can now buy 500k @ 1.034
Can’t even get a quote for selling 7k ??

Is Singer playing games?

A tough one to value this, with a large placing and the acquisition of LaddersFree since the last published figures, as well as uncertainty over post-COVID norms. I have had a go, however, hopefully on a somewhat conservative basis, and get 1.35p per share. Gross margin on contract maintenance work is the key dependency. Fidelis pulled this right down, but LaddersFree should push it back up. If they do manage to deliver this year's broker forecast, then next year's will need an upgrade.

Some pretty heroic assumptions needed, but there seems to be enough potential value here to persuade me to hang on, albeit its been a complete dud for me so far (£72k down).

Think it was a 2 hour delayed trade, which is match with the increase of buy price

More late trades??
To buy 500k is now 1.08p
To buy 2 million 1.09
To sell 2 million 1.022
Quite a wide spread

Rivaldo, post 435, rest assured you not going senile on the evidence of your post. He did indeed say in Question 6 there wouldn't be acquisitions until Ladders Free is bedded in.

He also said about Ladders Free at the beginning of his answer "the acquisition is a brilliant acquisition and it creates a huge amount of shareholder value and you will see that in the months and years to come".

Interesting article by David Rudge on graffiti that includes a comment about a potential billion pound market to clean it. But of course you avid readers of Cleaning and Maintenance will have read the August edition. Others have no need to run out to get the issue, it's here online (pages 24 and 25):-

Beware, I suspect that the deal this AM @ 1.0255 was a sell.
Just done a test to sell 3 million and quoted 1.026

Nice nibble to start the day, can't understand buy prices yesterday 1.7m @ 1.04, today 1m at 1.025 doesn't seem to be any momentum in the mms pricing?
