More sells than buys . Seeing it below 1p is not good. Need some contracts and positive news to turn things around.

Main danger here imo is that if the business is unappreciated by “investorsR21; who actually don’t have any patience for like the business investing for the future, it will end up private, just before all the exceptionals stop and the serious profits start flowing.

Mind you its not Israeli, so the BOD might let investors benefit after using their money.

Just been quoted to buy 1 million @ 1.045p at Halifax
Earlier today I could sell 1 million a fraction below 1p, now I can’t sell 500k
Think something is being worked in the background

Big spread now. 1.1P to buy and 1p to sell . Trades gone through at that price too which is strange given prices paid yesterday.

hope you are right jeanesy, I only bought in because of the Fidelis acquisition, still confident as I know Fidelis well and they were (are) a fantastic business

IMHO there won't be any buybacks or dividends for some time.

All cash generated will be utilised in further acquisitions (though LaddersFree will likely be enough to keep REAT going for a while yet given further acquisitions via shares would be so dilutive at the current price) and especially in paying off deferred consideration for Fidelis.

A share consolidation always sounds useful in theory, but in practice for some reason in my experience it generally results in the share price falling somewhat immediately afterwards. Perhaps psychologically potential sellers feel they're getting a better price as the share price is (artificially) higher :o))
