Said some time ago, that I am buying a decent electric car, so might want to sell some shares in React, but not at the current price, so might need to get the cash from somewhere else!

must be contract news coming. GOOD news the 1.2p shares are locked in for a minimum of 6 months. Maybe a bid coming...

GBP1.0 million through the issue of 83,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the capital of the Company ("Consideration Shares") on Completion to Jason Korinek and Justin Korinek (the "Founders") at an issue price of 1.2 pence per Consideration Share. Half of the Consideration Shares will be subject to a 6 month lock in period and the other half of the Consideration Shares will be subject to a lock in period of 24 months during which, in each case, the relevant Consideration Shares cannot be sold or transferred. This is followed, in each case, by a 12 month orderly market period

Can’t even buy 20k, but can sell 5 million
The share should go up by end of today??

Unless there is another large buy order waiting to be filled at current price

Is there more than 1 mm handling this share??

The mm’s are looking for shares, could only buy a maximum of 300k but could sell 3.5 million, suppose the only way they can get sellers is by increasing the sell price, or wait for positive news!

I would have expected a tick up today. A few buys but still stuck at 1p. Hopefully some good news soon :)

Great minds think alike LE4R, I'd done the same, and he's not involved in the LaddersFree or Fidelis acquisitions either AFAICS.

So he seems to be someone who simply likes the company.

Jonathan Whitmore has been buying more - he's now up to 30m shares having bought another 3.65m shares:



Not sure why he's disclosed this to the company though. He's now up to 2.86%, i.e less than the 3% disclosure threshold, and he's not a connected person AFAIK. Oh well, it's good news anyway!

Today I tried to buy 500k shares, but could only buy 300k online.
But could sell 3 million on line.

Is something about to happen?

The trade yesterday afternoon at 3:55 was cancelled at the same time but reported 30 minutes later. It happened in at least four companies. Very strange!

At 3:55pm four companies on my monitor had trades ranging from 2.7m to 5.6m all at mid-price.

The trade in REAT was just over 4m. Anyone shed light on the trades?

1p up :o)) Well, it's a start.....

After Singer's initiation note on 26th May they don't appear to have updated yet after the 31st March interims. Perhaps they'll produce something soon, maybe in early September after the summer holidays.

There's quite a lot to do in H2 to achieve the forecast £1.3m EBITDA, £1.1m PBT and 0.1p EPS to Sept'22. All the prior contract wins will hopefully kick in as promised in H2, and of course the LaddersFree acquisition will be included from May.

If the numbers are achieved and the outlook remains good, then with 0.2p EPS forecast for the year starting in only two months' time REAT will look dirt cheap and Singer's 2.5p price target will come into play.

Good to see a little bit of positive movement in the share price I also thought most of the trades were buys.

Some seem a little downcast about this growing cleaning company but I didn't see or hear anything in the recent presentation to even think about selling. Going forward I thought it sounded positive.

More sells than buys . Seeing it below 1p is not good. Need some contracts and positive news to turn things around.

Added some more at .95p, hoping for some positive news next month, a fair bit of trading going on at the moment, hope it is buying rather than selling??
