Just to clarify, the RNS is slightly misleading, they sold 27m shares over the last 2 days and still have 56m left, of which 14m they can still sell, but 42m are tied in for a while.

Glad that's out of the way, however there were another additional 25m shares traded in the last 2 days that weren't the Korineks!! Or were they buy trades? Would explain why it didn't affect the Sp..

Yes, the speculation about 21 million shares have just been confirmed.
Sold as there is an orderly demand for their shares!
Share price have not been affected.
Singer is still wanting more shares at the current level.
To me than sounds very bullish!

Oh well an RNS of this type can land anytime during open hours as long as whoever owned the shares informs the market. This apparent silence will cause concern until clarified..

Seems that way. Thank goodness the shareprice has held up. How though unless they have already been hovered up by some institution ?. Certainly not a PI unless they have deep pockets. Lets hope we get a holding RNS soon.

I am a bull here but isn’t it a little concerning that they are selling ahead of the results? Assuming it is them of course….

15m yesterday and 32m today looks like the Korinek brothers have sold their lot, and a few more sellers as well, expect RNS @ 0700 hrs. The brothers received almost £5m on the deal plus £300k from their first instalment of 4 in Nov 2022, and now circa £450k their not hanging around here..

Another 4 sells late trades, just over 21 million shares.
Looks like Singer is happy to take a lot of shares at this level without reducing the bid price.
Either they have a large buy order, OR they are looking to make a large profit next week??

The Korinek brothers own almost 4% each of the Co. 83m+ shares in total, but only allowed to sell 50% from Dec 2022, if one or both of them are selling I would expect an RNS today or tomorrow at the latest..

Looks like the Korinek brothers are selling most or if not all of their 42m+ available shares, thankfully up till now they haven't affected the share price - famous last words and all that..

It does seem strange that some are selling just before results when the updates have been positive.

It certainly seems like it must be them to me. Strange that it took two transactions and strange the price hasn't dropped. Yes with the results expected to be positive why sell now indeed, unless they had a tax bill to pay on 31/1/23 but then yesterday was the 1st feb. I too am bullish here moving forwards . Hopefully that faith will be rewarded over the coming months . GL with your investment

hi jeanesy I'm bullish here, my only concern is that if it was the Korinek brothers selling, they were granted them @ 1.20 and sold @ 1.10, 3 days before the results are announced, why didn't they wait till next week, they shouldn't be privy to Co. information there just like you & I personal investors!!

If anyone likes recurring revenues (like REAT) and shares that appear to have stabilised after bottoming out, have a look at AOM. If its not properly off the bottom, I'll eat my hat ! Not profitable yet but look at the ARR and modest market cap.

Know what you mean. There's been a lot of mini-pi-trading amongst stocks that appear to have bottomed out. Apart from the major holders swapping shares.

Under the agreement of the Ladders Free deal the Korinek brothers had 40m+ shares available to them, for sale if they so wished from Dec 2022, I think we've just seen 15m of them sold?

yump points taken, I suggested that its a "trading" share due to the spike in Jul 21 up to 3.5p and then sold quickly down to 1p, more recently traders have been taking their profits on seemingly 5-7% and selling into any strength. There are of course loyal longer term investors here myself included. The company is in far better shape and has more options available to it now than back then, apart from the serving of the acquisition payments.

They must be sells. I wonder why the mm's were offerring to take large amounts of pi's shares if there was such a large sell order in ? Doesn't seem to have affected the share price which is good. All rather strange imo. Lets hope we get some clarity and those sells are now in the price.

Well, added a few more, because come result and Investor presentation, the upside is too large to ignore, we will just have to wait and see.
Think there might be large sells to come as large trades @ around 1.15 plus

Now we know when the results are being released, traders can position themselves to buy in, whether they sell before the results on the rising Sp remains to be seen, unfortunately REACT has become a traders share, imho

another million near enough bought at 1.19. Must be close to moving up surely !
