They haven’t pulled a TS . Results are due in March if you look on the investors section . You could argue no TS = no bad news

Is Reach plc (LON:RCH) Potentially Undervalued?

While Reach plc (LON:RCH) might not have the largest market cap around , it received a lot of attention from a substantial price movement on the LSE over the last few months, increasing to UK£0.80 at one point, and dropping to the lows of UK£0.63. Some share price movements can give investors a better opportunity to enter into the stock, and potentially buy at a lower price. A question to answer is whether Reach's current trading price of UK£0.65 reflective of the actual value of the small-cap? Or is it currently undervalued, providing us with the opportunity to buy? Let’s take a look at Reach’s outlook and value based on the most recent financial data to see if there are any catalysts for a price change.

What Is Reach Worth?
Good news, investors! Reach is still a bargain right now according to our price multiple model, which compares the company's price-to-earnings ratio to the industry average. In this instance, we’ve used the price-to-earnings (PE) ratio given that there is not enough information to reliably forecast the stock’s cash flows. we find that Reach’s ratio of 6.4x is below its peer average of 19.28x, which indicates the stock is trading at a lower price compared to the Media industry. Reach’s share price also seems relatively stable compared to the rest of the market, as indicated by its low beta. If you believe the share price should eventually reach its industry peers, a low beta could suggest it is unlikely to rapidly do so anytime soon, and once it’s there, it may be hard to fall back down into an attractive buying range.

I've bought from a TA perspective. On the spring if anyone follows such thing. It's actually a nested spring so double bubble. Looking for a couple of ticks up and a finish off the bottom this afternoon for confirmation.

Rise into May expected.

I imagine it's just waiting for the UAE or some version of PE to buy up for peanuts once they get through the rest of the pound shop that the LSE post Brexit has turned itself into.

I read a local reach paper online solely because of the football - I no longer live in the area. The rest of the online content seems to be local traffic, a few pubs that are shutting and some national sensational click bait tosh. Last time I was in the area I bought a paper copy that was also dreadful. I guess its a bit of a spiral, content is poor so no one reads it, so little ad revenue then cuts are made to the ever decreasing content.

In addition to West Brom - Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United and Sunderland have all lost their dedicated club reporters in the recent cutbacks, which are due to see 320 editorial roles lost.

Former Sky Sports Fan Zone commentator for West Brom, Alistair Jones, who is also the founder of Action for Albion, was among those who hit out at the publisher's decision.

"Years of tradition, following the length and breadth of the country, stopped because Reach plc can't see that local football is so important to the community,” he said.

the pension deficit gone see Press Gazette for story

there are currently no plans for further cuts this year after a difficult 2023 at the publisher.

He also said the end of the company’s longstanding pension fund deficit and a time limit on legal claims established by the Prince Harry privacy trial judgment were both good news for the business.

In an all-staff email on Tuesday afternoon, Mullen said the more than 700 job cuts that have taken place over the past year have left the business “structured for our digitally-led future”.

He also explained why page views are still key despite other publishers increasingly putting more emphasis on subscriptions and other engagement-focused metrics amid falling search and social referrals.

52 week low... isn't it a 2.5 year low?

All RCH has done really, for the past 2.5 years is go down.

It's such a tedious stock!
