Giannis..Forgive my query but why did you post that? You obviously trade daily and do not believe in the company otherwise you would have left in and bought more at lower prices..To me that comes across as hypacritical..saying dont worry it will be 10p soon...sorry but hate that it isnt investing your talking about its trading...there is a place for both but it isnt and doesnt need to be announced like a bugle charge its disrespectful to long term holders..Just my opinion and hope it doesnt offend ...it isnt meant to.GL all

Siday,

I doubt that you could have sold and bought at those prices.

It's up to you, but trading isn't for me.

There is a saying in the market "Buy the rummor sell the fact"

- For those that didnt get out yesterday do not worry as the company has some sound potential.

For me it payed off and i will buy at a lower level more of it.

Some people like to ride the waves - volatility happy

while some others are sticking with what they have.

I think RRL will be 10p soon - so no worries

tip - have a look at solo

siday2580,
welcome to the world of small oiler's trading on AIM.I also hold GKP and have watched them fall from about 130p to 80p,and all they ever do is release good news!Patience is the key,not easy i know when you see thousands of pounds profit wiped off in a day,but in the long run 1-2 years,in the case of both RRL and GKP huge profits are to be made.

TEXAS UPDATE - SPUDDING OF RUSSELL BEVLY #1 APPRAISAL WELL

Range Resources Limited ("Range" or "the Company") would like to announce the
spudding of the Russell Bevly #1 appraisal well as part of the North Chapman
Ranch Joint Venture's multi-well program in Texas.

Following on from the recently released Independent Reserves and Valuations
Report (refer ASX announcement dated 11 May 2010), the Company anticipates that
the well will provide valuable information regarding the size and geometry of
the reservoir and move additional reserves into the Proved Producing category.

The projected total depth of the well is 14,000 ft. (4,200m), and located
approximately 1,900 ft. (570m) north-northwest of the Smith #1. Range holds a
20% working interest in the well, which has an estimated dry hole cost of
$US3.8m (Range share US$760,000 which has been paid upfront).

Range will provide regular updates on the progress on the drilling of the
Russell-Bevly well.

For and on behalf of the Board

Regards

I too topped up on the ASX today. I see this as a great opportunity to strap-in for some sizable gains IMO before Christmas. I am long the stock and I am not concerned at all about my position in respect of today's price.

reidy66,

Not being sarcastic. If you take the total depth of Smith Well#1. Then the drill start date & then the drill TD date. Total number of days you now have and then divide that into the TD/drill depth for RB. That will give you some idea.

Back to breakie for me.
