11/5/2010 19:06 | RUGRAT2 I am so pleased to see you here. For the first time I now feel I can have an unemotional discussion about RRL. Already in your first post you have shown a light on the subject. Its interesting to note that Crest are not the only operator as many here seem to think. But I did mention this earlier this morning. The fall today has come as no surprise to me for the information investors were awaiting has not been forthcoming namely explicit figures for Smith #1. "You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time. Abraham Lincoln. | pwhite73
11/5/2010 17:38 | Cash,IJ & CNF, Thanks I do know what your saying. CNF, thanks for your answer to my question earlier. I expect the MM's have this all set up to buy cheap in OZ over the next few days or so and make a pile of money, that is of course the exchange rates don't chagne in stertings favour, which they may once the government issue is worked out in the countries favour. It is going to be interesting. GD | greatfull dead
11/5/2010 17:22 | Just under 50 million Range shares traded on the LSE/Plus markets today So there you have it what happens when the company releases a RNS in Australia first maybe a lesson learned but I doubt it ! | alistair4444
11/5/2010 17:14 | Just back from work. Ok its dissappointing this didn't rise heavily today. But: Down day on markets Oz doesn't appreciate the great news (or too scared to) LibDopes still p1ssing around with election results Same old AIM drop after news (good or bad!) profit takers But look at the value here. You will very happy one day. I'm putting some more money ready for tomorrow to buy if it drops again, from my pocket money the missus allows me after her shoe shopping. | chuffin
11/5/2010 16:18 | Rugrat, Good piece of research well found chap. GD, Sorry to hear about the illness in your family. I hope things improve for your sister and you can spend what time you have together. Never mind the shares, I know of a couple you are in and they are more than capable of looking after themselves. As IJ said spend as much time with your family as poss. Quite correct, the smith well has yet to be frac's and that is where it can almost double on P2 if successful as much of that P3 would be upgraded to P2 should the frac be a rip roaring success. It should be shutin any day now to be prepared for the frac stimulation before being put back into production. Take it easy and don't worry about these stocks you've much more important things to think about right now. Best wishes. Captain Nelson Forties | captainnelsonforties
11/5/2010 15:56 | GD: Of course it is and I understand fully. Feel for you. Best of luck in difficult circumstances. IJ | investorjon
11/5/2010 15:48 | The retrace is surely to allow the ASX to catch up. The price closed down still somewhat from where we are now over here. Difficult to progress much further whilst they can still be bought at equivalent of 4.5p over there and sold back higher here. | runbrian
11/5/2010 15:36 | Ah dawsonpaul! Still holding or just watching? I feel this retrace is to gather shares for the real move once we spud in the next few days. Topicel | topicel
11/5/2010 15:05 | RUGRAT2 - excellent post. | dawsonpaul
11/5/2010 14:51 | IJ, just taking my mind off things. No more reference to my sisters situation. I will keeping asking questions. My perogative. GD | greatfull dead
11/5/2010 14:50 | Profit taking. I'm new to oil shares and today has taught me something about how to value oil shares. Quite happy though. This is a long term investment. | smokemonster
11/5/2010 14:50 | But how much was it up yesterday? | monkey puzzle

11/5/2010 14:30 | GD, Hope your afflicted sister gets well. Don't worry about RRL, we'll take care of it while your away. On a more upbeat note; AOI have just discovered GAS in Kenya with CNOOC (guess it explains AOI's rise the otherday). Why is this good for us? Well, with probably the best positions across the horn of Africa if not East-African rift system, they are yet to discover OIL! God, the pressure must be on them now to move Puntland to the fore quickly. Chances of discovering oil will greatly increase there as the AOI share price has been in the doldrums for quite some time now. Cash | cashandcard
11/5/2010 14:22 | Dross, it has always been expected this to be big, maybe as big as Mobil David field. | notarealdr
11/5/2010 14:21 | Hi Guys Bought in yesterday,in for the long term... GL All | smartbeds4me
11/5/2010 14:15 | GD: Go away, and that's not meant sarcastically. Don't worry about shares or RRL or anything else, and just do what you can for those around you. Shares will still be here in a week, in a month etc. etc., but in any event good luck in a difficult situation. | investorjon
11/5/2010 13:57 | FAO Rugrat Can you please explain exactly what you are implying and what relevance is the ref to Mobil David. Do you think Smith 1 is on the edge of the play and that RB1 has been located deeper in. The P3 figs last night seem to suggest RB1 will be v.good. Mobil David is a Giant as we know. Have Crest stumbled into something much bigger than we think? How far away is the edge of the Giant.??!!! | mr_dross
11/5/2010 13:54 | Rugrat - good to see you here, hope you're well, thanks for the images | spangle93
11/5/2010 13:43 | Cash, Thanks. I believe they may frac all 3 zones. The more the better. GD | greatfull dead
11/5/2010 13:40 | Thanks, no probs mate. Cash | cashandcard
11/5/2010 13:35 | Cash- In the short time that I have been looking at this I have also had difficulty getting good info on the geology / fields. Will look further as time permits. Got to go now and earn a crust. | rugrat2 |
