What's encouraging is the sick individuals camped out on the LSE web site .....continual negative posts aimed at LTS to sell if the opportunity arises on re list. U telling me these are not paid influencers trolls working for someone in the know who wants to collect as many shares possible on re list .... Either this .. or we have some mentally sick people amongst us !!

Agreed with clns pension, I'm in another stock (with assets) which has a lot of clns exercisable at above present share price I can't get my head around the share price destruction here still, in the lead up to the crash there were a lot of share price related RNS, non execs taking salery in shares, hancon payment in shares, director buys. They also do need a lot of funding still so I wonder if there will be a large dilution finance agreement to pay for the mill and grid upgrades required for expansion.

Agree with a lot, but there's also a lot in that I disagree with:
"Companies with convertible loan notes outstanding are best avoided, since the share price is very much more than likely to decline. Companies with investor sharing agreements in place almost certainly should be avoided, since their share prices are virtually guaranteed to decline"

Not quite right and completely wrong if the convertible loan note is at a pre agreed share price

Had RMM issued those or even attempted to, they could easily have got a loan note away at 20p share price

Likewise the article refers to companies that do not have valuable assets, but RMM does or did!

Looks very suspiciously like they are delaying until the share becomes delisted, which will only add to the concerns and suspicions.

But then is that as exciting for some, over the potential for taking a billion dollar asset proved up using shareholders money, then walking away with that billion dollar asset without apparently attempting to raise money to pay a creditor that should never have occurred in the first place.

No wonder some may think this has a very smelly orchestrated taint to it.

What really bugging me ....The mines around are stashed with cash ... so 30 million would be peanuts to them ...Loan payoff .. working capital etc. So here we are with a top grade copper mine ... worth near one billion. SP Angel nomad not replying to any correspondence.....Copper at 4.2 ..... share price unable to take advantage.... whole thing is very odd !

Yet they still have not explored the possibilities to raise through other avenues via shareholders, no doubt less costly and less diluting than any NewGen deal.

The language about lack of certainty is not what worries me Silverspoon. That is standard. The worry, as you say, is length of time, and persistent comments from Bradbury that the debt levels should be seen in the context of the huge value of the asset. That last remark suggests to me they are struggling to refinance, but hope it will come good

Clearly Rambler management have been in discussions with Newgen for some considerable time, it has to be of concern that no new agreement has been reached despite significant efforts made by the company to improve operational performance.

Surely this has to be alarming, the update on 18th was hardly inspiring, it outlined that there is no certainty Newgen will agree to re-structure.

This is one sorry state of affairs more-so as the company was pumping itself via media only a month before that terrible RNS re their financial shortfalls.

'We remain in conversations with several groups as we seek to restructure the finances of the Company. Central to this process is Newgen as our principal secured creditor. However, there can be no certainty at this stage that Newgen will agree to defer or reschedule the repayment of its loan.'

I'm loving reading the LSE posts amongst others .....By basically paid trolls ..With the sole intention of convincing private investors to sell on relist They seemed to have moved on from it not getting relisted ..... to now sell on relist due to it more than likely going down or bust ....I've NO intention of selling on relist !!The threads are infected by scum.
