Not what I'm hearing !!!They are temporarily suspended...It's going to literally physically make you sick if this gets sorted .....Especially with your other investments like ECR etc in the toilet

No mention of rescue or refinance, no agreement with Newgen to get us off the hook, so RMM are effectively bust.

Amaretto1 I just want to add to the debate (I no longer hold) but Toby is a Mine Manager that has done great work on the production side. As CEO the guy has been shown to be totally out of his depth and has shown naivety of finances through the year. Not a criminal, but a fool that is losing a fair bit of his own money along with yours.

I realise this does not help much, but it does explain the desperate attempts to keep RMM going. BTW don't let tader465 wind you up, he has so many bad investments its untrue, him being here is to deflect his own massive losses to gloat at someone elses misery.

I'm not sure how to take your riddles .... is it because you have taken the loss or what ???The point is ....They owe 16 million Canadian....That is NOT a big debt ...If they get paid off .... which is a very real possibility....Newgen are gone ......RMM still have and own this mine.

The animosity shown by some to others is similar to a grief reaction, but it doesn't do any good, nor does it affect any outcome.

We can all have our theories about what happens next, but only time will tell.

Best keep powder dry than resorting to infighting, which will have no affect whatsoever on your investment.

Newgen are at the head of the table now, carving the Sunday roast as they see fit.

Of course they will have options, they will have been planning how to maximise their profit for months.

It's not uncommon to suspend whilst sorting the financials out, particularly on the AIM casino

But RMM has cost me a small fortune, same as everyone who believed in Toby.

However, why suspend now before we default?

Could it be that a corporate deal is indeed still possible?

I truly hope RMM get saved for holders, or taken over for a cash settlement.

I am not sure what would happen

The events of the past few weeks are concerning

However, part of me expects the share to be tradable in the new year on the back of a huge funding raise and a considerable large shareholder dilution.

200%+ dilution would not be out of the question which makes the suspended 5.35p share price look expensive.
