26/10/2022 15:43 | ECR don't have $40m debt that they can't repay. | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 15:13 | Yes .... 1 billion asset ...For 40 million ....ECR found anything yet ? | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 15:11 | Yet the debt has grown and grown | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 15:08 | Only if RMM default !!!!They have not defaulted on anything yet ...... | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 14:51 | Indeed excellence, Newgen have an opportunity to pull in a major asset and flip it for multiples of the debt. If your Newgen you would have done your homework prior to the RNS announcements and ensured your case is as strong as possible. | danmart2
26/10/2022 14:45 | Because Newgen are Senior Secured creditor, and nobody else will lend to RMM until the Newgen agenda is clarified satisfactorily. | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 14:36 | Pensionplanner While I agree with your comments about eyes on them, if they want this to fold (as planned according to some) then they can make it happen. This is still a high risk holding until clarity on the loan is provided The closer to the deadline the more risky it becomes as there is no guarantee of funding despite the asset value. | danmart2
26/10/2022 14:10 | I'm sure we will all find out shortly !!!!U need to now concentrate on your other investments.... seriously... | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:57 | So tell us, what has he done? | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 13:55 | Toby done nothing ..How do you know this ?? | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:51 | All I said was "Or maybe Newgen are happy to spring the trap?" The reason I said that is because we have literally a week until default and Toby has done nothing. Hey, maybe all we'll be fine? | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 13:33 | Well he's not qualified or educated enough to be saying RMM are going to the wall for equity holders !!! | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:31 | It's the one that took payment in equity shares ..... | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:30 | amoretto. I don't believe personal comments on other people's investment serves any purpose accept diverting from what the BB is about RMM? If excellence or anyone else has had failed investments, then commiserations, as nothing to be gained by enjoying someone else's losses. | ![]() pensionplanner
26/10/2022 13:30 | Totally in agreement with what your saying .....One of our holders as brought a Canadian minister in to the loop ...Imo they were pulling a fast one ...Same was achieved at DDDD pharmaceutical..... same script At least they didn't have toby buying shares before hand ... making it all look above board ..... the last RNS shows they are back tracking !!!! | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:25 | It will fold if it was intended to fold, and as many suggestion can't blame some for believing it may have been intended. However, if it was, this may have been thwarted as they are under a spotlight from multiple organisations. Still potential to raise via corporate bond convertible at 20p. I know many holders here who in common with myself would have taken convertible corporate bond with conversion at 20p, at a much less onerous arrangement than they have and the series of events leading up to the RNS that did the damage still are perceived by many to be by deliberation, and RMM knows of me and has my contact details and I'm sure through records has other shareholders and I suggest other arrangements for finance could have made, but that was not Toby's strength, his is geology, but I doubt any company could f++k up that badly by naivety. Too many things let alone basing it on a fictitious copper price that will be one day. The whole point of debt is to base your assumptions on the here and now, so the future brings good profits, not base a debt on a future hoped for price, because in the meantime you can go to the wall, but then is that the intention, or should I say was it the intention, because only a fool would try that now, as they are in full focus of many watchful eyes. | ![]() pensionplanner
26/10/2022 13:10 | As ECR actually found anything ? And the guru spouts on here ...FO | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:09 | Oh you know this do ya ?? Not one institutional holder has sold one share .... but let's all listen to you ! You would be better taking a closer look at your own investments ....It must look like a motorway pile up | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 13:02 | Yes, and a $20m secured loan that is about to be defaulted on, meaning those assets vanish. | ![]() excellance
26/10/2022 12:58 | 40 million including all debt and liabilities for a 1 billion asset ?? Wake up | ![]() amaretto1
26/10/2022 12:57 | Of course there is risk ....But no where near what the mkt is pricing in ....Money is about for Copper !!! | ![]() amaretto1
