21/10/2022 07:54 | "Consensus pricing at the start of July 2022 remained above US$4.00/lb through 2022 and into 2023" Whose consensus, the BoD? If market had that view then the forward price would have been available for Rambler to at least safeguard some production? Do I think copper price is going to go through those figures. YES, but would I have taken out a massive loan on on a projected increased price of copper. NO. That's naive in the extreme, some may consider it negligent. Of course you borrow on an asset, but the profit is made in borrowing on the basis of a serviceable debt at a discount to the rate of copper at the time, not on a projected increase. That's ridiculous, as the profit is on the increase in the price, not relying on it to sustain a debt! In business you have to deal with the what is, not what might be. Of course future potential comes into it, but that's why you base any debt on what is now, to reap the benefits later. You should never take debt on the basis it can be serviced if the price goes up. Of course the asset is valuable, hence the RNS and gloating now how undervalued the share price is at 5p, when its their efforts that have brought it to this doesn't do much for me. Looks like a cop out | ![]() pensionplanner

18/10/2022 13:22 | Depends how much it was for, as it would certainly add meat to the bones that RNS was to smash the share price for person or persons as yet unknown | ![]() pensionplanner

15/10/2022 08:30 | News next week I hope. Q3 results at the very least, although we have some vague info on that already. The time bomb goes off if we default on the Newgen loan agreement. Economy wise, recession is very likely, so copper prices may be at this level for some time. | ![]() excellance
14/10/2022 10:27 | RNS Number : 2911Q Rambler Metals & Mining PLC 27 June 2022 Rambler Metals and Mining PLC / AIM: RMM / Sector: Natural Resources 27 June 2022 Rambler Metals and Mining PLC ('Rambler' or the 'Company') Hancon Share Payment and Issuance of Ordinary Shares London, England, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), a copper and gold producer, explorer and developer, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has today authorised the issuance of 2,102,400 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Hancon Construction Co. Ltd ("Hancon") at a deemed price of 29 pence per share. Hancon a member of the Alliance Agreement as previously announced on 9 June 2022, in lieu of a cash payment for services provided in 2021. June 9 report: shows Hancon is the development mining contractor, so employees would be theirs so I really do believe we need clarification of these 280 employees if we have Hancon as the contractor effectively the operator of the mine? Hancon has been the development mining contractor at the Ming Mine since December 2021 and, with the same people under a different company structure since July 2021. The mining contract with Hancon has enabled the Ming Mine to advance its development in a way that would not have been achievable otherwise. As an indication of its confidence in the future upside of the Company, Hancon has agreed to receive up to C$1million of its account due from Rambler in equity, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM to be held later today. Yes, it can be good to have shares paid in lieu, but it also has potential dangers, especially as it can reward inefficiency or failure by more shares in lieu or even encourage some organisations/indivi Either way we really do need clarification of these 280 employees and who they actually work for, as otherwise you could end up paying twice, once in cash and then shares in lieu, and where to be quite frank Hancon were less than enthusiastic in providing me any details once I explained I was a shareholder in Rambler. We need to know a lot more about them, and about their 'reconstruction' and actually who the beneficial owners are. hxxps://www.hanconco "Our full team of experienced managers, shifters and miners, ensure your project is carried out meticulously, while meeting all budgetary and time constraints." | ![]() pensionplanner
12/10/2022 18:17 | Interesting revelation, clarity required. Share price will linger at 5p or under until a plan and some control is demonstrated. | danmart2
12/10/2022 16:36 | quite frankly it makes things look murkier still with regards to association reported by RMM re: Hancon. So are RMM paying Hancon in shares to operate the mine, as then no doubt its Hancon's staff, but where we have an advert for chief mine engineer Rambler? This murky situation needs cleaning up with regards the mine operator, who would presumably have a chief mine engineer. Its like the 280 employees RMM have allegedly got....So how many have Hancon got or are they one and the same? It needs urgent clarification | ![]() pensionplanner
